I don't think it's such a bad game. It's definately not as 'tight' to control as Steep Slope Sliders (in fact, it seems to be the opposite), but I do think the stages themselves are quite nice, there's more going on. Steep Slope Sliders is the better game though. I think the 80% that Sega Saturn Magazine gave it in early 1998 was fair enough in context, though it's not really aged as well as Steep Slope Sliders.

Mind you, I've not played Zap! Snowboarding Trix or it's '98 sequel.

I like both the Zap! games. Granted they are a bit rough around the edges both gameplay wise and graphically but they both have that certain something that makes you go back for more. The PlayStation iteration of '98 is apparently quite hard to find but a version was released in the States under the title Freestyle '99 Boarding and while no Cool Boarders Killing Session is still really playable.

Anyway, back on topic going to give this a good thraping in the morning, I loves me them there snowboarding games :):):)

Nice to see it finally released.
My 25 bucks were donated to a good project, even I don't own a Saturn it's great that all users now have the opportunity to play these games.
    Thanks SEGASaturno Team!

Did anyone ever attempt to create a front or back cover for Chill? Something to make it look decent on the shelf :)

Nice release! If I had any spare cash I would donate! It's VC2 that interests me here, back in the day I was a Saturn fan and games like VC2 were some of the best titles from AM2, so to have any sort of prototype for their games is something to be excited about, at least for me. However these all seem like great releases, especially Chill for being one of those lost games of the era. I haven't messed around with any Saturn stuff yet, I have those Panzer Dragoon Saga prototypes to mess around with as well, so this is all good stuff. Thanks.
