Should nds_demo be banned for what he did to Borman and the way he handled it?

ASSEMbler suggested this be created to know how the community feels on what nds_demo did to Borman.

nds_demo deserves an IP ban so he can't come back with any clone. Fuck thta prick, the world doesn't need shitty people like him.

 

Definitely... a community is only as strong as the individuals that make it - 1 person screwing over another weakens it and makes it worse for everyone else in that community.

 

I hate paypal complaints, they fuck you over as a seller really fast

 

paypal is bizarro world. in their ideal the seller is responsible for the shipping carrier's performance. when it should be the carrier who has to pay up if they damage or lose a package wholly on their own, neither seller or buyer at fault.

if I understand this nds_demo situation completely... than even whether the BUYER intentionally chooses to exercise their responsibility to find some way to pick up the package or not, can still put the seller at risk.

 

I had $250 tied up recently cuz an overzealous ebayer filed an item not received claim after 4 days, took like a week and a half for the money to finally go back to my account. In the meantime I couldnt' use my paypal at all because they require you toz ero your balance before making a payment, and my paypal was at -$250. If NDS_Demo is gonna screw borman like that then its really messed up

 

I am going to have to say Ban , Honestly if you do not want something don't buy it in the first place. NDS paid and Borman delivered so a deal is a deal. Shady people like NDS cannot be trusted , scam artists have no right to be on a great forum like this one.

An IP ban doesn't make much sense. If a person evades a ban by creating a new account on a different IP they will slip up eventually and login from the old IP.

Plus you may find that their IP is part of a dynamic IP list and you may inadvertently ban someone innocent by accident.

 

It's just dumb that he didn't man up and he never accepted responsibility.
