I have read all 10 pages, and honestly borman deserves around of applause for his actions he did, he handled this matter appropriately! Meanwhile this nds_demo, has no integrity whatsoever. Obviously nds_demo took advantage of paypal loopholes and tried to scam someone who is trying to make a living! What kind of psychopathic bastard does this?

It was a SCAM imo, nothing more to it!

Personally I think scammers should not be banned but they should have their IPs flagged and be forced to wear a SCAMMER badge/avatar for the remainder of their time here, or untill they resolve their issues. IP banning is a quick fix and gets rid of the problem, but it doesn't really help other people. Someone could scam once, not get banned and then scam other people in private who have no understanding of previous bad dealings. A big bold SCAMMER badge would tell everyone that the person is a scammer and would set an example among other members. Of course you have the issue of multiple registration, but even an IP ban doesn't stop someone coming back online and scamming people again.
