I think that anyone should be able to make releases here with no restrictions if no money is to be involved (e.g. someone who has something and doesnt care about the money) Any rules should only be about making sure that there is no fraud or money issues.
Yeah, I should have clarified that the poll in particular was about releasing FOR MONEY, not giving away for free! ;-)
certainly! people should be encouraged to release things for free if they really feel like it! All people releasing games are preserving Gaming-History! Maybe some day kids at school do gaming history, hehe! Or even more realistically, maybe its going to be part of History of Art at college
