Okay, let's think about this for a moment. Imagine 2 boys stripping a girl naked and filming, then putting it on youtube. They would be sent to jail, or juvie, charged with attempted rape, battery, assault, possession of child pornography and if found guilty (which will automatically be the default mindset of the jury most likely) be labeled as a registered sex offender for life (in America at least). Right? Yeah, that's what I thought. So why is it that when 2 girls do the same to a boy, it's considered just a prank and a possible battery charge at best? Hmm? Where's the logic in this?

"We shouldn't ruin their reputation" Why? Because they're girls? What ever happened to equality? You know, get the same punishment a man would get? Why aren't the feminists complaining that they aren't being treated equal to what a man would receive as punishment? Oh, that's right. Feminism only wants equality when it is in their favour.

I don't know how you all feel about this sort of thing as it can be a rather sensitive topic for some, but as a men's rights advocate (not a chauvinist or misogynist), I find this rather appalling, especially since the laws (or at least those who enforce the laws) are biased against men with dogmatic mindsets that men are not only evil but the source of all evil, while women are perfect little angels who would never do such a thing. Double standards do exist in America, and quite frankly, I see the bias against women these days to be minimal at best. And with such double standards which cause people to hate individual(s) for their race, sex, religion, creed, political stance, or all the above, the terms "Land of the free" and "Liberty and Justice for all" are nothing but vein statements as actions speak much louder than words. For those of you that do know me and have heard me state my views elsewhere, I don't hate women, especially not because *insert cheesy voice* "I can't get a girlfriend" or some other load bullshit like that, so please don't even go there. I love everyone in general, but whenever I speak out against feminism and the wrong doings women can get away with in America, I get labeled as sexist when that's not even true because more often than not, those people (mostly men) are what we call "emasculated" mentally or at worst a "pussywhipped mangina" who's been trained to think that women should be placed on pedestals regardless of how they treat you and also have been trained to turn against your fellow man when the gender card is played (which can be to simply ignore it as justice is not served). If you are one of these people I highly encourage you to look deep within your heart and see for yourself what is right and what is wrong, and where the boundaries should be drawn between right and wrong.

I'll just be honest, I don't believe that justice will be served for either side within this lifetime. For some, incarceration is not justice, and for others, their name in the sex offenders list is just too kind. I may be feeling a rage I've never felt for many years, but I still haven't lost sight of morality, equality and the definition between right and wrong.

things are slowly changing, but i for example don't get how there's a general consensus on womans never sexually harassing mans or the same criminal acts being "less" despicable.

 

If a family divorced and the women refused to let the man see the kid (If they both had equal custody) its denial of rights and carries a low sentence. If a man does it, It's kidnapping and carries a much higher sentence.

 

I recently had some friends come over from the states who work in a high security jail for men. They said they'd rather work there than a female prison.

Nuff said.

But additionally, teens seem to have a growing mentality that they can get away with most things. Even down to things, such as manners, are absolutely appalling in today's youth.

We all should feel the same... gender should not soften the law.

 

It's not even that in my country of residence... in fact, it's fucking common place. Apparently they're joining the Hauge Convention "soon" though.

Either way, google pefers to avoid any lawsuits involving any of their entities. That vid could have gotten them slapped with a HUGE one. I really hope that account was permanently suspended and their IP address blocked.

I had a girl say I raped her when I was 13/14, she was 15. She'd also said that she had cancer and was pregnant, so noone took her seriously. I had to headbutt one of her boyfriend's mates to get him off my case though.

In my opinion and personal experiences, I believe that women are much more f'ed up than men, and seeing what these girls have done to this boy doesn't surprise or shock me in the slightest.

Ouch. Somebody from here once did that. It turned out that she also lied her parents were dead, she had alopecia, and said she was adopted. I read a news story about a mother who was turned into a feminist and was starting to have desires about how she wished she'd aborted her son, because he was coming of age and starting to have desires. Sad, really. That was a while ago, though.
