Yes, but the product doesn't seem to totally work...so they sold a half-assed piece of tech to the general public.
On the actual cost of the thing, they're trying to pull a wii (get it?) and charge more just for the novelty. However I dont see even a fifth of the hype the wii had, so I'm pretty sure that unlike that recycled gamecube this webcam won't stay at that price for long. Dude just check the name of the site: its an ad farm It was OK until the idiot clip part, they jumped the shark there. And no I'm sure sega paid them to do that, no way they're making fun of the game, then posting an ad at the end just for kicks.
