So Tekken VS Street fighter?

I too am Hyped about the new MK I haven't played a NEW MK since 4

 

Pretty much my thoughts as well. I enjoy Street Fighter but have no interest in this. How about a Project Justice XBLA/PSN port. Pretty please?

And it's called "Street Fighter x Tekken", which is kinda disappointing, since I was hoping for other Namco franchises besides Tekken.

 

same here, but I think this will be a lot of fun regardless. I used to play Tekken a lot in my younger years

Worth noting. Tekken vs SF is also real. It will be head up by the Tekken team at namco.

I have to admit, That actually doesn't look all that bad actually. I'd probably buy that.

 

Looks a lot like SFIV, and not just because they're using the same engine — MvC3 looked a lot different from SFIV than this does. Not that I have a problem with that, just the opposite actually.

 

But that is kind of on purpose. MvC3 they stated they wanted a bit different look (more towards comic book style then SF4). As well MvC3 is not the same engine as SF4.

same deal only on the Tekken 6 engine

 

i'm willing to bet Street Fighter vs. Tekken sells better than Tekken vs. Street Fighter.

 

Not looking forward to this really after reading theres gonna be two different games one based on the SF 4 engine and the other on the Tekken 6 engine. The footage I saw it looks ok but after not liking SF 4 I doubt I'll like this. I dunno the art style of SF 4 really bothers me to be honest

 

Actually I take back what I said earlier, that gameplay footage looks pretty good. Since it looks like it'll be mainly a Tag version of SSFIV with new characters, I'll probably buy this (the SF vs. Tekken). As it stands now this more appealing to me than MvC 3 (which uses the three button TvC setup).

Also, the Pac-man Mega Man outro was pretty awesome.

 

after watching the video I think it looks cool but it's spooky somehow. I get an uneasy feeling watching Tekken characters treated this way, like a very beautiful dog and a very beautiful woman getting it on. it's wrong and disgusting but you can't stop watching.

 

I liked the SNK version of the SNK and Capcom match up better than the Capcom one. I am very curious to see how Namco will create their version. Apparently it is completely 3D 360 free movement.

 

I could've sworn I read about MvC3 using the SFIV engine...guess not, and I guess not all Versus games have to be crazy fast or anything.

SNK vs. Capcom Chaos? You've gotta be the only one.

Perhaps. My beef with the Capcom version is the gimped the characters instead of spending time balancing them all properly. 5 vs 2? What a load of old BS.

Capcom Vs SNK 2 was better, but not great.

SNK Vs Capcom has Violent Ken! Also Hugo Vs. Earthquake is chunko-mania!

 

In Japan Tekken X SF will outsell SF X Tekken and Vice Versa here
