to be honest i was a bit dissapointed that I plugged my USB microsoft mouse and it didnt work on 360. After all, its compatible with almost everything, they should include USB support for Keyb and Mouse, because let's face it, first person shooters are played better with than without those. It could spell an unfair advantage on XBOX live for the people using a controller though.

I don't think they've done this for the 360 yet, but somebody released an accessory for the Xbox that lets you use PS-2 mice and keyboards for first person shooters.

Well to an extent the 360 already suports them nativly. The problem is no games been made to suport the setup (excluding Final Fantasy 11).

It's more a game issue then a 360 issue. (dont forget the 360 has 3 usb ports on it).

Of course, but I would bet that microsoft has a policy to keep the 360 apart from being a PC-clone console, and in that effort it *doesnt allow* developers to make use of standard keyb/mouse setups for FPS games.

I think that with alot of the FPS available on the 360, a Keyboard and Mouse would ruin it.

Both Prey and Quake 4 are very linear, and far too easy with a mouse and Keyboard. However, I enjoy them both on the 360 as it is more of a challenge, the gameplay seems more designed around that platform.

Call of Duty, on the other hand, is better with a Mouse and Keyboard...so I suppose I can kindof see your point..

And Perfect Dark Zero is just shite.

Oh, and to be On-Topic, the Sonic Demo was pretty lack-luster and far too short. Sluggish controls, bad camera and general shoddy feel. Maybe we'll get lucky and Sega will release Sonic Adventure over Xbox Live Arcade instead of this :p

Sonic Rush was more then nice, it was pure Sonic bliss. It had everything I've learned to expect from a quality 2D Sonic title. Stages built for speed, perfect controls, decent platforming sections, and excellent boss fights. I would even say it's a better game then Sonic CD(though Sonic 2 is still my favorite). If only sega would put out games of that quality on a regular basis....

I was hoping the FEAR demo might have some multiplayer. Sadly it doesn't. Not that FEAR really has very good multiplayer, but if it's free I'll take it.

Fear has some of the best multiplayer that Ive ever played, especially now that it is free. Its really fun, if you dont play with that slowdown garbage.
