yeah Rumble Fish 2 is atomiswave and it's a good fighter. I'm trying to find the first Rumble Fish on PS2 and the semi Sequel to Matrimeele as well.
Yes Rumble fish is one of those games Capcom should be looking at for SF IV Hugo was in Final Fight so we might see some Final Fight Characters in SF IV
I simply had to say that I'm amazed by the video preview for Street Fighter IV, and I'll be all the more impressed if Capcom somehow manages to get the in-game graphics looking that good with all the effects intact. I'm not sure if this was exactly how the original designers wanted Street Fighter to evolve, but the idea of creating a truly interactive painting/drawing is something almost entirely exclusive, with the exception of perhaps Okami - I presume this was the intended effect, thanks to all the black "paint" that's being thrown around in addition to the pencil-like shading present on Ryu and Ken in the trailer. For once the possible shift into three dimensions isn't being made a point of focus, though I have a feeling more hardcore fans will be discussing this in a dark corner of some forum elsewhere...
some half assed footage from SSFIIX HD REMIX is and it looks......... lack luster....... http://youtube.com/watch?v=u_CoKEvn45Q
Haggar is going to need a zimmer frame if he is in SFIV, he was quite old in Final Fight... Make for some interesting special moves...
No, PSN gets it too. Damn shame there are no good joysticks for the PS3. I'm going to build one using a sixaxis' PCB and make it a wireless joystick.
I find it awkward the reason they didn't capture is directly in high def was cause there capture equipment was on the fritz. For a high profile 3rd party publisher you'd think capcom would rush to give there dev the proper equipment to capture). Any who heres a leaked screen shot from the show
It looks nice, but I think it is a bit goofy that they still have the crappy background low frame animations. The whole HD thing kind of clashes with the old art style.
Honestly I doubt Capcom will be able to reach that level of detail in-game... That also brings the Shadow the hedgehog effect: the intro and other videos were awesome while the game sucked donkey balls, and that may happen here too since this video is like a kick in the balls to similar stuff like 300 or SinCity, which raises the bar too high for the developers. But, if Capcom could get a similar feeling with Okami in the GC there is a hope that they may get something like the video running real time on NextGen systems. Indeed, it looks like the resolution is better but both the BG and the framerate is the same...
