As happy as I am to see almost all of TNA's Old Roster in the WWE, I DO NOT like Bobby Roode's NXT theme. AJ's Theme? LOVE IT, Austin Aries? It's Good enough Samoa Joe? AWESOME

Maybe I'm just too used to Roode's TNA theme.
Can't wait for Roode/Nakamura.

Definately made the right choice with Nakamura's theme. I hope they don't change it if he goes to raw or smackdown.

 

I hope Joe and Nakamura go to Smackdown when they go to the Main Roster but who knows. The Roster Divide is assbackwards.

 

It's worked out good enough to me. There's good people on both shows. I can't believe Shane didn't get RAW tho. People were seeing him as a savior and then he gets the 2nd best show. I like that the brought back foley and bryan tho.

 

Did you guys see when they kept showing wrestling while they played commericals? Wasn't that kinda cool? I prefer that instead of cutting off the feed completely in the middle of a match.

 

They only did that during the draft, I wish they kept doing that.

 

Sounds like summerslam was kinda big. Sasha banks lost her title . Fin Balor donned some weird papa shango outfit, or boogeyman or something. I aint been able to stay up during wwe raw for a while so I don't know if he debuted the costume earlier so it was a real suprise. Why would he do that when it will hide his face and keep him from being a superstar? Is it permanent? Also I hear Nikki Bella came back. Gonna miss Brie Bella tho. But her intro was always the best. I hope she came out to the same music.

 

Finn has been doing the Demon King gimmick since he was in New Japan.
My thoughts as shared on social media:

Best Summer Slam since 2002. BUT

1. The Heels win at Summerslam made it a bit too predictable.
2. What was the point of having Sasha win the Woman's title if Charlotte was just going to win it back at Summerslam anyway?
3. Miz is over staying his welcome
4. AJ BEAT CENA CLEAN! What alternate universe is this?
5. New Day is going for Demolition's record. Better make those Smackdown tag titles.
6. I hate Eva Marie, but I hate Nikki Bella even more.
7. So are all the new belts moving forward going to be Mortal Kombat Ninjas and just be palette swaps of each other?
8. Finn Balor... I'm happy but That belt needs a more original design.
9. SO THAT's Why we got Rusev VS Reigns Monday..
10. Brock/Orton.... It was the WWE equivalent of that shower scene in American History X.

Still Very entertaining Summerslam with Good matches and possibly the best since 2002.

 

Cena isn't the one who never lost clean. That's Roman Reigns.

 

Also, I didn't really like Charlotte winning the title back again either, but it's wrestling. Can't be too predicatable and have noone ever win a rematch.

 

apparently Sasha is injured so she's taking time off to heal. Hopefully in the meentime BAYLEY!

 

Just watching backlog of CWC and it's pretty damn great. Gargano vs Ciampa was amazing, and everything I've watched of 2nd round has been similarly fantastic.

NXT takeover brooklyn 2 was pretty good, although not quite as great as the first one.

Personally, I don't see why Roode has such hype, he seems a very old-style wrestler? Even his finishing spine-buster/pump handle slam seems very old-fashioned. What am I missing with him?

 

Are you sure? She didn't look injured at the end of the match. She sat up I clearly remember. Usually they help them out if they are injured.

 

Sasha has a back injury and a few things that need rest. she may have looked ok, but she wasn't.

The CWC in general has been amazing. Almost everyone has impressed me and I hope they sign most of the guys to full time contracts.

Takeover 2 had two highlights, The Revival VS Gargano and Ciampa which made me BOO my TV when the Revival won and Joe/Nakamura was SICK it was like they were really fighting.

As for Roode you need to have seen in in TNA, he took all the shit they threw at him and made it work.

 

KEVIN FREAKIN OWENS IS THE NEW UNIVERSAL CHAMPION.

This makes me very VERY happy

wwf attitude era was my fave

 

I think wrestling has slowly gotten better since the Attitude era. I look back at it now and realize just how much crap was on TV then, Both WWF and WCW.
