some tips if the cloud should go in your direction.

    -keep the windows closed
-change your cloth everytime you leave the house. do this in the bathroom , after that take a shower. make sure nothing gets into your livingroom ( or the room you spend most time) unwashed.
    -get iodine pills
    -drink samll amounts of red-wine.
    -stay out of the rain.

Apparently the rain is a doozy...even for the fires in Chiba (which are WAAAY closer to home). But, other than a VERY light fall last night for about 5 minutes, it's been clear skies here.

Unfortunately there are reports of further tsunami's.

I have a few friends in Japan and have donated what I can, one of my friends lives in Nagoya, and says the recent events haven't coursed that much of a damage in his area.

Mother nature strikes again hope the people from the Land of the Rising Sun can overcome this tragedy.

    My thoughts are with them

Evac zone is 10 and 20km from reactors. This is scary.

They're speculating as to whether it might've been a hydrogen explosion at the Fukushima-Daiichi plant.
Apparently local officials believe the release of radiation following the explosion is likely to be small. Maybe that would suggest that a pressurized steam explosion seems more likely.

They said non-radioactive explosion, drowning the reactors with sea-water.

I can't stand people like that, it makes me sick. Heck, I even had family in Pearl Harbor that died, yet I don't have anything against Japan. Japan is a wonderful country with wonderful citizens in my honest opinion.

I hope Japan pulls through, and I hope those reactors don't explode, that'd seriously suck.

at least people like that go nowhere in life, I attempted to Sic 4chan on them but apparently it's an internet myth they make people miserable.

Last I heard the reactors are alright and it'll be 3 mile Island at worst.
Bad but still not as bad as it could be.

I'm really disgusted but not surprised by this people's reactions, there will always be people with hate in their hearts, it is sad.

The situation in Japan is awful and I still can't believe what I'm seeing on the news, my prayers go with all of you and thank god most of AG members from Japan are ok!
