You can vote if we call the seller either a giant douche or a crap sandwich.

South Park quotes aside, it's probably just a joke to draw attention. The game is an obscure PSX gem (it's really fun to play), but it's not rare. Due to its obscurity, sellers and collectors have accumulated many copies over the past couple of years and you can buy it anytime. I've yet to see a sealed copy in the wild, but I can't imagine that it would be a hell of a lot more than a mint open one, it's no Castlevania. Open copies w/spine go for 30-45 Euro (or 50$). It recently increased a bit and copies are being sold for 50 Euro sometimes.

I think different/special sale games like Dental IQ-chan LEVEL-1 (just sold in dental hospital) are maybe most rare. But also to collect new/sealed copy of things like Rurouni Kenshin: Ishin Shishi e no Chinkonka Special Movie Disc were cinema ticket for movie was part of the jacket and torn of mostly I think, or J League Soccer Prime Goal EX (Lawson Version).

I think that RAY-RAY CD-ROM was a present game, but also part of special sale item called RAY-RAY Collection, but I never saw it before.

Lots of hibaihin games are rare, I think PlayStation has lots of difficult things to collect in this category, just like other consoles I think.
