...It apparent that some of you on here insist on bashing a series based on its fan base and originality, whatever you believe, 'tis fine by me.....though lets not start anything we'll regret:nod:

I intended for this thread to be a light-hearted discussion, and not some argument over originality and superiority....

Cahaz, I do believe in being tolerant to a degree, and to an extend. And no I am NOT a sega fanboy. And well, maybe Potter fans doesn´t disgust me. It is just the fanboyism I don´t like. And I have nothing against the book series. If the book series can be seen as a gateway drug. Into reading books, then it is splendid. But the fanboyism just sucks.

Lets grow up now children, I think everyone's had their say. Some of us love HP, others despise it and would rather read something awesome, like Clarkson on Cars (completely unrelated, but good nonetheless) or the Alphabet of Manliness.

Uh - and now imagine a forum where Harry Potter fans discuss, how childish it is to spend hundreds of $'s for barely finished games, how childish it is to play videogames overall and that it is really stupid, to wait in a cold cold night hours and hours to buy some newly released console. It all depends on from where you look at it. /edit: My orthography sucks.
