But at least he said something. Here's the main difference between Trump and Hillary. Trump what you see is what you get, a horribly flawed asshole. HIllary, is a two faced gremlin with no transparency

 

More reason to vote third party or independent. Why vote for anyone you don't like?

 

I can't vote, even if I voted 3rd party nobody else would. It's better to just not vote, then wait 4 years and vote against whoever gets in.

 

No matter how this election turns out, future historians will ask themselves how we didn't see it coming.

I hate politics, I hate nonsense like this, but here's my voice on the matter because I need somewhere to post about it (spoilered for various reasons)

I want to also make it clear that I am not registered to vote, because I want no part in the choice. I would rather take what comes from it without putting anything in. I won't register to vote until a day comes where candidates that are fit to fix this country up will be running, and one can only hope that's soon.
Don't let me influence your vote because that's not my concern. You're welcome to do as you want. Just understand that regardless of your choice, the impact is going to affect a lot of people no matter what the choice is.

Trump is a fucking worthless person as a presidential candidate. No good can ever come from him being president. He speaks his mind, he speaks whatever he wants, regardless of who it may be a problem to, and will keep doing so since that's how he was able to stay relevant. I know people who will vote for him, and that's fine because there's nothing wrong with voting who you want. He's a fucking clown of a candidate but that's my view. There's only one redeemable factor to Trump, and that he got to where he is now in the candidacy fairly. If anything that says a lot more about what the issue is than anything. He didn't have to try and pull strings, he didn't have to conspire against other candidates. He did what he does best to get here - being a loud mouthed asshole.

Hillary has been riding the "Female President" wave for so goddamn long that I can't even see water for that wave anymore, and with the recent leaks through (you guessed it) wikileaks that showed solid proof that she cheated her way to where she is now AND STILL HASN'T HAD ANY CONSEQUENCES is a load of bullshit. Disregarding the fact she already had the same kind of thing going on that made Edward Snowden to leave the country for what he did, and she's still here with, again, NO CONSEQUENCES is still bullshit. For the shit she's done she should not be running, and should be in some deep shit that even other countries couldn't condone. But no, let her run still even with all this information being available. Nobody gets hurt right? Well maybe you should consider what kinds of shit are involved with what she's done before you pass it off as nothing.

Bernie Sanders never stood a chance because of Hillary's shit, even when he was probably the best candidate you could have had for this country (aside from Jeb Bush maybe, but eh who cares at that point). The rest of the candidates could have been better than what we have left. Even me, a 20 year old uneducated shit like me is a better candidate than these 2 jokes of potential leaders for this country and that thought is the most disappointing thing I could feel in the end of this.

 

Like him or hate him, Reagan was an idealist with class, a plan, and legitimate advisers.

Trump is a pragmatist who takes undue advantage, has no class, barely a plan, and surrounds himself with a "fun" mix of Nationalists and Fascists.

There really isn't a comparison. Grandma Nixon is a way better choice than Orange Hitler.

How can anyone base their vote on some meaningless speeches. This is literally pure sophism. If you compare this to the rest of the world, there is quite a huge difference. Take Putin for example:

There is so much transparency in his speech, he actually says something! Why would I vote for someone if I can't expect any kind of transparency? I feel like our democracy is rolling down a hill; you guys in the USA literally have nothing to go for, both candidates are terrible.

Well, I understand the want for transparency at least. But fascist is facist no matter the brand. He has close to nothing else going for him. I'd fear more that he'll be taken advantage of by advisers much like G.W. Bush was.

As much as he tries to play it down, he's a part of the problem in both US culture and the political and business establishment. As much or more than Hillary is (culturally in particular), due to his "reality star" fame. We seem to worship and respect assholes, and the problem with assholes is that they don't care much beyond their own interests.

 

You know what really bothers me. All these things being said about Trump being a Sex monster while completely ignoring the fact that Hillary is fucking married to one. The Hypocrisy is really starting to piss me off.

 

It will be full hysteria from here 'til November turkeys calm the storm.

One valuable lesson this election makes clear is that propaganda is everywhere. Know your media. Know who runs it - and why they run what they run when they run it. The liaisons, biases, and general cognitive dissonance that any particular media outlet and its associates parrot 24/7 can usually be traced back to a small few holding a certain degree of veto power over journalistic integrity.

 

Well, I kinda think this should be obvious, but Hillary is the candidate, not Bill. There's a degree of separation that doesn't exist with Trump.

Regardless of what you think about Bill (and her involvement), the Hillary camp has a strong argument to the public that she should not be blamed for things he did. Considering her involvement in many of these incidents with Bill is murky at best, it'd be really difficult to get anything to stick.

Heck, it's why Republicans cautioned Trump against this tactic originally. His current advisers idiotically opened him up to all this muckraking against the RNC's very explicit advice.

 

I almost wish the Conspiracy nuts saying Obama would somehow get a 3rd term weren't blowing smoke out their ass. Obama isn't bad compared to what we're getting it.
