I always hated the shape of EA carts on the Mega Drive. Why did they have to be so different.
The carts just don't fit into standard boxes! Bah!

There was the more quality Virtua sport titles! Screw EA, I wouldn't of cared at all if they didn't make games for the Dreamcast.

 

at the time native 2-4 player fifa without the need to a multi tap and with better graphics than the playstation, might have been an excellent selling point to the masses before the ps2 release possibly bringing sega back into the mainstream

Jesus Christ! He still hasn't sold it yet? I've heard of three separate auctions now, is he waiting for someone to buy it for 200 million or something or has it been re-listed by a new owner?

They've picked the wrong time to discover/sell it (during a global recession)!

Well it's a buyers market at the moment I would have thought, if they think they're going to get a ridiculous amount of money for it they're living in cloud cuckoo land in my opinion. I think they'd be best off keeping hold of it for a few more years until things settle down and people have more money to spend.

I could be wrong, but for my money they've been dangling that thing in the water for too long already. If they were going to get a big fish (buyer) it would have happened by now as it's well known around the community that thing is for sale.

Also it did make me chuckle the price people are bidding at on that ebay auction, it's not even reached a grand lol! I see they've also taken to hiding the reserve for it now which is a mistake, they should just be honest what they want for it somewhere and leave it in a forum advertised for that price and put "this price or GTFO!" lowering it incrementally if nobody shows any serious interest.
