As some of you know I've become a big fan of the original artwork used for game packaging. Mario is gunna be a tough one to get so I had to settle for this one. Its from a box of Apple jacks cereal and I fear its the closest I will get to owning a published original Mario piece.
My current avatar is my Halloween costume from last year, one of the Residents. Before that, it was a closeup of my webcomic character
Mine's the Drive-Thru Whale from the Homestar Runner toon "Drive-Thru" (which later cameoed in the Strong Bad Emails "mini-golf" and "nightlife"). Sever your leg, please. It's the greatest day.
Mine came from this: http://youtube.com/watch?v=0rTbgofz0fk One of the greatest console ads of all time :icon_bigg
That's not good enough, it could be from a space battle stratergy game like Schwartzchild or some hentai game like Nova, and let's face it the PC-9801 (and the FM Towns and X68000) had more hentai games then real games. :110:
Mine is from Halloween 2006. We had a Tetris DS store display from earlier that year, which I took home. Pondering what to be for halloween I glued it all together for stability and cut the necessary holes for me to wear it to work while I was working at EB Games. I worked a whole 8 hour shift with this costume on, ended up with some small bruises on my shoulders where the weight of the outfit was being supported. Was totally worth it.
Mine contains a few of my favorite retro games and a little detail about myself, pretty boring really
Actually yes! a lot of the customers picked up little extra things I would recommend, more so than usual. I'm sure of EB Games realized the sales increase was due to an L tetrimino costume it would have been the new staff uniform quickly enough
I'm going to kidnap your girlfriend, but you better not try and follow me! I've got an infinite supply of.....ummm....barrels! Big barrels!
My 'Site Supporter Avator', the sonic Xtreme one, was granted to the AG members who put their hands in their pockets and raised the money necessary to keep this fantastic forum open to the masses ...I don't know the exact numbers of remaining Site Supporter Avator holders, if you still have one step forward and join the elite, reminise about 'the good 'ole days', hehe *looks @ virtual alan*
