Mine was doodled by my wife long ago when we had just started dating and she was working a slow day at GameStop. Original: If anyone is interested you can see more of her work @ DeviantArt or her old page. < / PLUG > ~Krelian
I used to work at Best Buy eons ago and my first Christmas working there we had a surge protector that was free after instant rebate (it was a pretty good one and you just had to pay tax). I was excited about it because (as I'm sure we can all agree) getting more outlets for free is pretty awesome! Anyway, I was talking to my wife (then girlfriend) about what a great deal it was and she asked me point blank: What do you need another power strip for? What do you have plugged into it? I hesitated for a second and sheepishly replied: My... uhh... lamp. She though it was hysterical that I was going on about this power strip that had nothing important plugged into it and then next day she scribbled out a little comic about it... ~Krelian
Mine's a scan of an old picture from the early stages of "Tale Phantasia" (Later renamed "Tales of Phantasia") for the SNES/SFC. The most special thing about the screenshot is that it shows the character "Brambald" as a playable party member.
I used to have 2 of them along with 4 Dreamcast clocks. Sega reps used to give them out as promotion goods in front of big electronic stores such as Yamada Denki or Best Denki. Sadly the mugs have long gone to the land of magical vanishing items. The clocks all got dumped stupidly by myself. None of them would keep time for longer than a weekend. Looking back that was a really stupid move. They'd be quite nice to have around these days. Yakumo
In my search I found one guy online that had one. He said a friend brought it back from Japan for him. In short, he wouldn't sell it to me. :crying:
My avatar is fromthe ending to an anime called Yakitate Japan. It's a show about baking bread oddly enough, but I loved it.
Mine its from a Tshirt, nuff said. Was going to use the one from my signature but couldnt get the text to be small enough to fit and at the same time, big enough to be readable.
Mine is a pic I took the other day when taking some SMS hardware pics for the sega8bit database. I just thought it looked pretty cool as one boxed Handle Controller is hard enough to get hold of..
Mine was a quick doodle i did in class, then re done in photoshop. PACE is People Against Clubman Exploitation, our organizations plight to rid the world of those who take advantage of innocent Clubman only to rob them of their worldly looks and replace them with nothing more than the mundane round nose'd mini front ends......
i'll stick this topic it contain so many info from all our users! if other mods thinks it's better not to, please change it back to normal.
My avatar is Mario from the "Mario Bros." Game & Watch handheld. I drew that avatar myself when I coded the handheld simulator for that game. I needed a 32x32 pixels icon for the executable, so I grabbed a sprite from the game, and digitalized it. I liked the picture so much, that I decided to make it my own avatar. It also appears on my motorbike ;-)
My avatar comes from the boxartwork of the game "Hybrid"... really weird looking, i love it :icon_bigg Strange game also.
I never would have guessed that these embarrasing teenie idiots would reach international fame. Oh man... >_<
