I don't really agree with the Robert_Kendo feedback thread being deleted in 24 hours, he was clearly avoiding that dudes questions about whether the item he had bought had been shipped yet. I for one would not want to purchase from someone who is going to stop all contact until being called out in a feedback thread.

It's being caught in a lie that will keep me away from specific sellers regardless of previous honesty.

How do others feel about deleting it and effectively censoring the negative feedback and keeping only the good? Is the buyer supposed to retype his entire experience and duplicate the entire thread complete with lies into his other feedback thread? Just seems kinda fucked up and If I missed the thread and later bought>have neg experience>have others who saw tell me what they remember of a similar incident that was quashed and quickly swept away... well I'd feel shitty and I'd feel the entire point of posting feedback/experiences fucking useless.

Did they comment more on it?, last I heard the other day they just said they have them... mainly I thought after the whole saddam? sadam? video or however you spell his name that they would jump on it.

Agreed, and as I stated in the feedback thread I definitely feel there is some lean towards backing Robert_Kendo solely because he is known on the forum and shares alot of info/betas. Unfortunately sharing information does not mean he is necessarily a great person to buy from.

Are you sure it didn't get moved to another thread? LeGit's been doing that a lot lately (which is cool by me - MUCH better than outright deletion).

    http://www.assemblergames.com/forums/showpost.php?p=494697&postcount=53

buyers concerns, issues, lack of contact until defamation had begun, being lied to.. etc has been deemed "without merit" and is soon to be wiped.

    ***Edit***
I don't blame Assembler for wanting to keep around a good source of betas if one bad deal and public controversy were to potentially drive away said source, at the same time it just feels wrong to censor this guys bad experience with him especially after the seller was caught presenting false truths.

    per assember:

I'm not really sure how it was without merit, Kendo was obviously caught ignoring the buyers requests for info

edit: He was also caught posting a conflicting time stamp screenshot to what the buyer had in his own inbox, plus the buyer agreed to pay as Gift via paypal and then got stuck with no way to dispute

Slap on the wrist for Kendo. Why's the thread being deleted, Assembler?

Just realised again why i hate itunes. On my normal MP3 player it's a case of dragging and dropping the files/folders of music i want onto the player then when i power it up i update the library and then all my music is there.

On Itunes though it's a different story, i import files/folders to the library select a few and drag them onto my ipod and let it sync only to find they haven't. I select a few different songs and they sync fine.

Used the the create mp3 version on an mp3 and it managed to sync over just fine but i am not doing that for all my music just so i can get several songs onto a 1Gb shuffle

I am getting sick and tired of faulty MP3 players, I bought one last week. And it lasted 3 hours while it was charging and guess what ? it fucking died, and the worst part ? well let us just say I can not get my money back , cause my receipt is lost, this is the second Creative MP3 player, that crapped out on me like that, the third one lasted 3 months. So I back to square one, and that is getting myself either a noname brand , or a Sandisk Sansa, but how reliable is the Sansa of all players ? no I will NEVER buy any Crapple product, so don't even bother advising me buying one of those fuckers.

Excuse me Sir, but what is wrong with masturbating ?

Wherever you bought it from should still have a record of the sale, or if you used a card to pay, it'll be on your statement.

I'm not sure about Danish law, but it may be possible to get a refund without a receipt.

My ex (forced due to move) is 1270 miles, 22 hours away. It has been three months. I miss her now more than ever since she left. I am considering moving a few hours away (from her). I don't know if she'll take me back after this time. God, I hope so.
I even dated a girl over here for a couple weeks, but I just couldn't connect. All I could think about was the former.
Should I be optimistic? I want to be. I want to have something which to look forward.
