I regret selling my first Pentium. It was a 333MHz machine, so I guess it was a Pentium 2? Anyway, after spending hours trying to get 98SE running in VirtualBox properly, I now regret that I don't have my old PC tower and that gigantic CRT monitor anymore... (atleast there's gog.com)
I remember pulling out this chip. I was 7 though, so I am most likely mixing it up. I am certain though it is this
Sold my fully modded mint CIB Sega Nomad to get a Celeron 400 when it came out. ....yeah....not the smartest decision in retrospect
Ha! I had a Celeron at 333 MHz... Another computer in the collection I wish I still had to go along with the Digital PC.
super nintnedo and nintendo 64. The mega man games specifically. I got x1 and x2 still searching for a cheapo x3 at a garage sale or something.
my sega dreamcast and few games for.........wait for it... Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku beat it in 30 min regretting to this day this says all for me
one of my biggest regrets was my dreamcast i was young and foolish and needed the cash so i could get some ps2 games that was back when i was 13 though but most recently well back in 2007 when i got my 360 i traded pretty must most of my PS2 collection to get stuff for the 360 but im slowly rebuilding a ps2 collection
I had a hantarex monitor with the arcade board of Time crisis worked perfectly and even had a switch to turn recoil on and off. I sold it all for about £100 odd on ebay.. biggest regret of my life for selling something
After my mum passed away alot of stuff was left at her house as I never was allowed to go and collect stuff I wanted. I left behind alot of things from my childhood. Comics, action figures, books etc. General knick knacks. The thing I miss the most though is my first computer. It was very old by the time I got it. As it was the early eMachines Etowers. (Pic below) I'd like to try recover one like it. Is there any page that lists pictures of the cases? If I saw the sticker I'd recognise it straight away,
I used to collect arcade machines, and had about 30 at one stage, but one was my absolute favourite. It was an original Taito Stratovox cabinet ( which are quite small ) but I'd put a MAME machine in there and built my own control panel for it that was based on the original design so it didn't look out of place. I dream of one day tracking it down again
A long time ago in my youth I sold a complete copy of Knuckles Chaotix. I still have to rebuy this game.
I used to have Cheetahmen 2 CIB and Maxi 15 CIB (with original cardboard box) I sold them on eBay long ago for around $40 or $50 each. Had I waited many more years they are worth more. :/ I also traded away MtG cards Mox Emerald and Mox Sapphire just before the series was discontinued and the Mox cards were retired permanently. The value of the traded cards I got is probably less than $20 today.
