Ultra Slim PlayStation 3 Prototype Console

Good to hear 2 members here grabbed them, and shared them too. It's probably a first in history of eBay sellers and prototype hardware.

I have make offer for all 7 units for just $ 99 USD each, but make me feel stupid... so... I cancelled the sale, as these looks in very bad condition for any type of collection.
What you see on the pics are the only one in good condition, other 6 sucks and the other 3 (without power button) it was over my consideration! XD

So it was you he had 7 with the power buttons then he had 3 without I picked up 2 without for $100 each and got the power button on eBay for $12.

 

I just picked up the last one today. As well as a debug PS2 slim.

While I do agree that they were all in rough shape I feel that they are still prototype systems that can fit in ones collection just fine. Considering none are in anyone's hands from what I know.

Joking? If not then its a prototype of the Ultra Slim model for the PS3.

Glad people who know what they are will be getting them.

For those asking about the internals, I personally will not be opening mine... I like keeping items such as this sealed when they come to me that way.

 

I am sorry, but I will never add to my collection units to looks like that... seller said to if purchase all 7 will give the 3 for free (without power).
And... no one of you will have these if I will pay, so be happy to I cancelled the purchase!
These units are worth only if you think about re-sale, honeslty I do not have time to do that for all 10 kits! XD and after seen all kits in these condition was not more interested on the purchase.

Btw, happy for you to can own this prototype on your collection

Lol He was about to give me that one but I told him to give me one with a top. For you who don't know the guy lives about 10mins from me i picked mine up and saw everything.

Yeah, I live close by too. Hey I just found out about this thing yesterday. I'm just glad to own one. I don't mind

 

I also got one, but my power button is kinda dangling and pasted onto the front case (I guess so it doesn't fall into the case). Mine looks actually pretty good, no scratches or anything that I can see! I thank XeDK for the great find!
