english speech and english subtitle ?

I'm working on a english speech and a french subtitle but it's very long. Hopefully shenmuemaster has done an incredible job already with japanese speech.

 

I am also looking for V1.06 of GDEMU SD Card Maker (or a way to patch it so it uses GDmenu V0.6 instead of 0.5.2) I tried to follow the link provided in your post, but it just leads me to a very long page of random typed characters. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

 

Save that page as a .rar or right click the link and select "save as" or similar.

 

Use Chrome browser, right click the link, and choose "save link as ..." in the context menu.

I was able to download it and extract it from the link, but it turned out being V1.05
I was hoping for V1.06 or a way to patch it so it uses GDmenu V0.6 instead of 0.5.2

 

Guess I should have tested it it first. Turns out this has V0.6 menu after all! Thanks for the help peeps!

 

Have you any news for bleem! with gdemu ?

do you know if the gdemu run the last releases of news hombrew games like escape2042, alice dream tournament, strumwind, rush rush rally reloaded, pier solar etc...

 

Cant speak for the others but pier solar works great on my gdemu

I tried several times and I keep getting either a "spam" page according to my ISP or a corrupt RAR file.

From my experience when I was borrowing a friends GDEmu I tested literally hundreds of games. Pier Solar and Sturmwind ran great. Almost everything I threw at it worked with the exception of the Retail Bleem stuff, however afaik all the selfbooting Bleem images worked beautifully just as they would from disc, as well as they could anyway for being beta.

 

Chiming in on the commercially released Indies, since firmware 5.13.0 the GDEMU supports CCD images. Having CCD support means it's not needed to fight built-in copy protections and you can make a nice image of your Indies for use on your GDEMU.

Has anyone compiled a list of compatible 128GB SD Cards for the GDEMU or the Saturn Phoebe? I'd greatly appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

I'm having problems loading 4 tracks games in gdi format when the last track is audio.
The only way to load them that I found is to remove track 4 and modify the gdi.
Is it a known error?
The games are:
Roommate Asami (Japan)
UnderCover AD2025 Kei (Japan)

I have tried the 2 games in the formats of Redump and Tosec.
Has anyone been able to load these games without deleting the last track?

 

You shouldn't have GDIs that end with an audio track, that's weird. The last track contains the data. If there are more than 3 tracks, then track03 contains the table of content, but not the files.

 

I know it's strange, because at the moment I've only found these 2 games with that format.
I was asking to see if it is known that these discs do not load in the GDEMU.
Maybe Deunan can implement it in a new firmware.

 

We'll, idk the details of deunan's implementation, but typically, even a weird structure like you described should be functional, given all the data is in tracks03 and the bootbin is at a sufficiently high LBA.

Maybe he has some kind of integrity check that fail on those games as their format is unusual, but I know GDEmu supports hand-made 4 tracks GDI with the last track consisting of data, as a way to shrink the images.
