    As I explained in a different post, the engine is designed to be frame rate limited to 25-30 FPS. I have put a relaxed constraint on this, but I don't frame lock perfectly to 25 FPS, in one of the future releases I will make sure everything runs exactly at 25 FPS.

    The entire code predicates on this, so I will not put any effort in making it run more smoothly.

    If on the other hand some people are seeing lower than 25 FPS frame rate, I will fix the OpenGL issues that may be causing that.

    Works perfectly fine here using Wine, no issues to report. Fantastic job!

    The camera feels a bit weird, as it's trailing behind Sonic instead of in front of him when running.

    Is it possible to play it windowed somehow? I hate playing PC games on fullscreen.

    This is great work, also very glad it's now in good hands.

    Not to sound begging or anything, but is there a way to get the controls to be mapped on my Dualshock 3? I have mine linked via Xbox 360 Controller for Windows.

    Use joy2key or something like that. Only way it's going to work for the time being. Remember, the goal of this first release is to get something as close to stock as possible while actually being playable.

    No, it's not. AXSX is a fan project lead by Andrew75. It just so happens Andrew helped to get this release happen. =P

    Ign and other sites posted this which is probably what is bringing in all the "bright" newly registered individuals in here. It was reported as a fan game on IGN and the comments are just trash with no one understanding what went into this.
