I was wondering if this pattern over the picture is intentional, It is not on any other Xbox games just this game. I'm using the official xbox component cable so that's not the issue.
forget the picture? I'm going to guess the system is a version 1.6 .... That revision xbox has issues with Jet Set Radio due to the video encoder used. I forget the way to trick it into playing correctly.
If you are using XBMC 3.5.1 or above you can use my script I made to patch these problem games. 480p Game Loaders.zip The script has 3 options, auto install ( scans your games directory for the problem games ), manual install lets you select a game if the auto mode doesn't find it and uninstall ( you can auto uninstall or manually uninstall )
On a non hacked Xbox, disable 480p in the system options menu. Some games don't officially support 480p on version 1.6 consoles.
