I am currently playing TES: Oblivion on my PC although there are some keyboard customizations I wish you could do and there are things I wish you could do with the mouse (like being able to click on an object and pick it up) Also will be playing some games on my new Nokia N900 as soon as I figure out where to get some good ones
I started reading HP Lovecraft books again recently, so I dug out my old Xbox to play Call Of Cthulhu: Dark Corners Of The Earth. And it's just as crap as I remembered. After surviving the car journey sequence – I finally made it across the rooftops, hooray! – I gave up. And that's before seeing any decent monsters! Hmph...
Played some ODST but to be honest as the first halo game i've played since playing halo 2 it was mostly meh to me or at least single player was. Did play some local multiplayer which was enjoyable. Still playing resident evil and i'm trying to play F1 2010 on PC but i feel i need a wheel to get the most fun out of it not that the 360 is rubbish on that game.
Still on New Super Mario Wii, got to World 6 and I reckon I've found all the secret exits so far. Had a crack on Sonic Colours earlier and I'm a little confused. It is pretty cool the way it goes from 2D to 3D though.
I thought ODST was a great game personally. I played through it 2+ nonstop my first time. Currently playing myself okemon Soul Silver
New semester started on monday, and work is seriously cutting into my gaming. Damn it all. Currently on rotation are: Super Mario Galaxy, Sin and Punishment 2 and Fragile on the Wii - Tales of Vesperia, Portal, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World (getting all the "Knives" achievements), Ilomilo, and Dead Space on the 360. It's a fucking Catch-22 thing. If I have a lot of work, there's no time to play, at all. If I don't have a lot of work, I can't get games. Either way, I get a fucking humongous backlog and I finish nothing... I'll have to go little by little. I'm not getting any new games this year until I finish a huge chunk of backlog. Hell, I didn't get Fallout New Vegas or Hokuto Musou, and I really, really desired them.
That's always like that, sadly. I just got GT5 and don't have much time to play it. Hopefully i'll try to catch up on Saturday. Anyway, there's still games to be released very soon, like Dead Space 2 and Killzone 3. I won't buy them right away. Even though i finished Killzone2 for a while, multiplayer still is tons of fun. And i still have a long journey to finish Dead Space.
If you haven't already, do the seasonal events (bonus races). They'll save you a lot grinding since they're pretty easy to beat with the cheap engine tunes and soft sports tires, and the payout in exp and credits is huge if you win. I went from level 13 to 17 and made around 750,000 credits in about 20 minutes by just doing two of the races.
