    They are in lots of places now - off the top of my head, I have seen them in HK, Thailand, Singapore and Taiwan. I didn't see them in Australia, but it sounds like they are there, too :)

    I certainly prefer them to McDonalds (OK, that's not a very high standard, I know).

    I read that was the first one that ever opened in Australia. What's interesting in the menu at the Gold Coast store has Japanese on it, while the Queen St store is all in English. Probably because of the tourists.

    Ah, OK.

    *EDIT* Checking Wikipedia, Gamers closed down their American store and the original store in Ikebukuro was closed in 2006, maybe that's what I was thinking of.
