Iv been driving hondas since i was 17, 10 years. had untold numbers of civic and a few accords. I recently bought a 00 ford focus, and i have a 92 civic dx i just had an engine put in (bought it that way) I like the civic more than the focus. To me they are the perfect car. rayer:
LOL, are you kidding?? this car is slick... Its better than my uncles cadillac. I bet it'd blow the doors off of your car too, its got some muscle.
well I drive a 01 Neon, but i have it up to almost 200hp, not bad for a SOHC 4 banger, i Also just put a slim PS2 and a 7 in LCD screen (for my son of course, hes 1yo lol) that comes out of the original stereo DIN. SWEET
That is true. That car would blow my car out of the water. Give it a good exhaust system and intake system and then add some Nitrous and you got yourself a 9 second car.
oh well seems to be an old topic but Ill add my car....... 1989 VW Golf GL 1.8 8V......... An Old car, but is as new, all standard, no stupid chav boy racer big bumper kits or arch kits or spoilers. It does have 15inch 3 spoke alloys on, but it rises its profile and makes it look better. I love it, nothing more so when you pull up along a boyracer (or girl, lets be P.C about it), they sit there revving their 1.3 05 Fiat Punto with neons and craptastic sounding exchaust trying to entice. Well needless to sayI can see how pissed off they are when I look back in my rearview mirror and they have just been out driven by a 16year old car......always make's me chuckle. Dont get me wrong, Im not a boyracer, I respect my car, look after it, but people who spend all this money on modding 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 etc is just totaly stupid...... If and when I can afford it, Im having one of these Out of all the EVO series, EvoIII Just looks the best (yes I know there subtle changes only but hey, its my taste)
You can't go wrong with the Mitsubishi Evolution !! I test drove the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 7 last week !! Fucking AMAZING !!!! Never bought it though because of the wife We ended up getting a Mitsubishi EK Wagon which is surprisingly very nippy and quite. Not a bad small car at all. Should have it in 1 more week Just getting the custom stuff added to it such as ABS, killer sound system (Wife went ape over this ) and a few other things. Yakumo
302 Small block V8? It must be the same engine of my friend Renato car. His car is a 1973 Ford Maverick GT8 302. Anyway, it's a very cool car.
My 1993 VW polo coupe. 55bhp from a 1.3 single point injection engine so it's not gonna win any races but I got it when I was 18 and I'm still at Uni so it'll do till I can afford higher insurance:
Bangin' alloys! And do I see a Sega sticker on the back? :smt023 I don't have a car :smt022 But I wish I had this! It'd be like playing GT4, but in real life! And it's a better colour than that douche in Initial D's one...
Yup I got an orange sega logo in the back window. Found it on eBay and had to have it!! The car is also lowered 70mm, makes it sweet to pelt around corners on country lanes but the ride is pretty hard! I LOVE the eight-six. I always do them up on Tokyo Highway Challenge! But you're wrong about the colour... white is best!
The grey two-tone looks a lot nicer than I originally thought though. Those pictures are kinda crappy - it's pretty much mint condition! Looks a bit manky inside though, and there's no stereo. Did they actually come with cup holders? I thought it was just an Initial D thing... That dealer has some other bangin' cars - a bright yellow Evo V, a couple of Skylines, EK Civic Type R, a new model Fairlady Z with tail pipes you can fit your hand in, a Nissan March Bolero (probably the most hideous thing on earth), and a Corolla FX with a Felix the Cat sticker on the side window... weird...
That would make an excelent 2nd car !! I'd have to go for a white one though just for that Initial D feeling. In fact you can see quite a few of them 1986 Toyota Corolla TWIN CAM cars done out just as the Initial D car. Yakumo
Here's a crappy night shot of my '98 S14. I think that the Option sticker may have to come off....I'm starting not to like it anymore. I've got another set of stock wheels that I plan on painting flat black, we'll see how that looks. What have I got to lose?
The Corolla Levin, you mean? But they don't have the pop-up headlights! That'd be like a Mega Drive I without the headphone socket and the volume control! Oh, wait, they named the car wrong on the site (well they named it like the equivilent european car, well what they thought, which is still wrong) - it's a Sprinter Trueno - or ハチロク if you're hard core! :-D Personally I'd hate to buy a white car, or even a half-white one like Takumi's. They get dirty too easily, and you'll notice rust too easily - definately a problem with a car that's 19-22 years old! Anyway, Yakumo - get one! You could definately get them cheaper than I could anyway... OMG, 9,500 Euro = Â¥1,321,509!!
Nice hatchback. 3Cylinder? Pics of my new car... http://img231.imageshack.us/my.php?image=newcar0067sh.jpg
I drives meself a 96 Saturn SL2. Tapped a cement wall and took some paint off the front right bumper so on a car bra went. Actually looks rather nice with it. Only 266XX miles on it suckers!
