Yeah I saw what you did there  , and of course this isn't a dictatorship - people can find out for themselves by googling that shit, but I can NEVER agree with providing a direct link to the video on here - assembler games - you see where I'm coming from?

Also the vid starts playing before you've even read that shit.

People don't visit this site for that, so I repeat from my previous post:

i dont find this shocking at all, the lack of empathy and compassion people have for each other is pretty widespread across all cultures. you look at the effect a lot of domestic and foreign policy, trade agreements, and wars have on people directly and indirectly and its pretty obvious human life ranks pretty low on most peoples list of whats important.

in haiti before the earthquake and food riots a friend of mine was in a taxi that ran over a man. the driver was more concerned about the damage to his car than the man dying in the street, but i have personally witnessed the same kind of behavior in a major u.s. city.

go to any large city in the u.s. and ask a paramedic if they have ever come across something like this in their work, chances are they have. its tragic and horrifying, but its not uncommon. its not right to single out china, because it doesnt really matter if its a developing nation or a world power, human nature is human nature.

I know my value of human life ranks pretty low on my list of what I consider valuable, but not as a general rule of thumb. It is low because of stuff like this happening. I'll attempt to help anyone I think I can actually help that needs it.

Doesn't stop me from being extremely misanthropic.

I don't know but shouldn't people be looking at this in the complete inverse. Sure this has the potential to leave you pretty misanthropic.

Sure the human race has the ability to be indescribably cruel & apathetic, but doesn't this make you want to represent for lack of a better word?

What would you do given similar circumstances?

There's no way anyone on this board would have this happen. No?

Right, under review I have removed the video due to minors using this forum. they shouldn't see this type of shit. I'm also locking the thread as I feel it will turn in to a battle of wrongs and rights. That sort of talk needs to take place in the unmoderated forum.

I still stand by my view of Chinese culture. Not just recent times but since I can remember Chinese culture has been cold hearted money grabbing culture that don't give a shit about anyone or anything and will lie without feeling any shame. I have spent time in China, I have felt the culture. Not as much as Japan but enough to get a idea.
