What would you do with $250 million USD?

That one sucks, get the new Italia and a 599GTO for when you need to haul more than one friend (or kick some ricer's ass).

They keep the shell (is way cheaper than making one) but change the engine, avionics, landing gear, etc... at the end it only looks like the original.

I dont blame them, most of that stuff is so obsolete few people know how to repair it.

Anyway, that albatros looks better than your average business jet, I wonder what the maintenance costs are.

BTW whats going to happen with all those Harriers once the F35 replace it? do think the Navy's going to sell them? or the RAF?

The US DoD are dicks about surplus so some will end up as displays and the rest will be destroyed. The UK MoD is much cooler about this stuff and have sold Harriers in the past. Truth be told though the Harrier is probably the last plane that should to the public.

 

I'd give away 200 million to charities and live it up/share the rest with family. I'd also probably sell off all my rare video game stuff for cheap since it wouldn't have any future value to me once i'm done dumping/sharing it.

 

Never saw a civilian Harrier, but hey you cant beat VTOL!

I'd help some family and friends to pay off their debts, invest 80%.

With the profit from the investments I'd buy a couple of islands and start my own country :3

Probably invest some money in biotec development/research, and try to find a way to revive Michael Jackson.

Also make a dinner party with a stand up comedy show starring Jerry Seinfeld and Tobias Bluth.

OR...

Buy a castle in Europe along with lots of the sorrounding fields, and get all the scum/criminals/etc from many countries and set them up in some camps near the castle and get them some ORC make up and primitive tools. Then, go with some friends riding white horses with shiny armors and gatling guns, and shoot the fuck out of all those orcs errr.. scum.

The first thing I did with 250mio$ is buying a plane ticket to Japan and buy the entire goddamn Super Potato rare-gameZZ-shelf at once. What are those sales clerks gonna look like if only one gaijin is taking it all? I bet they will not be amused...

Right after that: partying all night in Shinjuku.


And after I have recovered from the inevitable mega-hangover, I'd probably start investing 80% while 10% go to charity and another 10% will be for toys, like every JPN game ever made, thousands of DVDs+BluRays, an insane home theatre & stereo system as well as some houses all over the world. A big, earthquake-safe house right in Tokyo would be neat. Then a large appartment in Manhattan as well as a house with a large garage somewhere near Highway 1 in California. I'd probably start collecting 1960's/1970's muscle cars then... oh well. I'd better start playing the lottery tomorrow.. ^^

 

Here's a combo. Get a scrap airliner-sized jet, plant it in the ground, turn it into an arcade?
