Looks great, can't wait to see this.

Though I agree with previous posts, I hate that they're using pop music instead of some proper chiptunes.

Watched this yesterday. Pretty good film. There's some amazing references and cameos many of which the average school child wouldn't get.

My favourite (non-spoiler) was the graffiti "Aerith Lives" sprayed onto one of the walls.

I liked the use of the konami code as the password to open the vault to edit the "Sugar Rush" game. There is a lot in a movie about games.

Also something to note is the game based off the movie actually acts as a sequel to the film.

This was a great movie, and I'm glad it had an actual plot instead of being Family Guy-style "HAY GUYS REMEMBER THEM OLD VIDYA GAMES?! MARIO LOL AMIRITE?". It sure beat the hell out of the disappointing Brave.

I loved it to pieces. I loved that it was a movie set around games, instead of being a movie about games. The latter would have been a disaster I think.

I'll admit I'm a bit of a sucker, Disney movies always hit me in the heart bone. I nearly shed a tear when Ralph wrecked the car they built together.

This will be a Blu-Ray purchase for shizzle.

Thought it was pretty poor myself and the trailer seemed to make it better than it actually was. The film just died a death when they reached the sugar rush arcade and just started to drag on. Saying that it was pretty much over when they explained Turbo 'cause from then on you pretty much knew the main boss guy was him.

Actually you know what I never clicked onto it, but then I was insanely tired.

The Sugar Rush bit did drag on a bit, it would have been better if those bug things had invaded loads of different games and they'd gone from game to game to stop them.

I was a little disappointed with it. I was expecting a few more references to actual videogames - for example, why did they show Sonic but not Mario? I also thought the Sugar Rush concept was a bit out of place. It's supposed to be a movie about videogames, and somehow it becomes about candy. How many candy-themed videogames are there? I loved Sarah Silverman's character, though. I think she was the best part of the movie.

I saw this movie for the first time today and to be honest it was pretty poor. Very cheap and dull typical story, spent way too much time in the suger rush game and not enough about games. In total a kids movie with game references they wouldn't have a clue about.

    simple answer. Money Money Money
they wanted too much money and Disney wouldn't game enough to spend.
maybe different in sequel now the Disney knows it can afford to spend :p
