    I never saw an unfolded copy, but there are at least the following things:
    - Game
    - transparent block w/gold writing
    - folded, b/w instruction manual, probably A5

    I assume there was maybe also some kind of letter, but as there is already writing on the plastic block and because I never actually saw one, I can't confirm this assumption.

    Normally,yes. There is a letter for sure. That's why it costs 740000 Yens in Super Potato.
    I remember my brother saying he saw one withoutthe letter (then same condition than the one on Yahoo) for 200000 yens less,550000 Yens.

    I may used the wrong expression, sorry.
    What I meant was a copy whose complete contents were visible. Up to now, I only saw this game in shops (where the instruction/letter was folded behind the plastic block) or loose carts on yahoo so that I couldn't see what exactly was included with the game.

    Just like some other 3DO "not for sale" games, prices can be high.?
    I remember another one went for 92000 Yens.

    But this 115000Y one is factory sealed though.
