 a museum is kind of egomaniac... some shrines to fun things would be more precise i hope ! during 2years i moved a lot... so upgrades weren't so easy but i managed to get if i remember many more good laserdiscs : japanese editions of my favorites, some DTS , live concerts, Xjapan, .... 4 more laserdiscs players ^^ Cave , Pinksweets fullkit Cave, Mushihime futari 1.0 unlocked (very very rare !!) Cave , some goodies & posters a Pachinko starwars some pcengine stuff (pc lt, 3 interfaces units complete) some figures in box, some transformers g1 decepticons, ... an arcade Terminator 2 2 more european generic arcades... vectrex (my 4th) with multigames cart (x2 = 64games) and homebrew 3d glasses -> rare stuff, especially in France !!! fmtowns, x68000, palcom the x68000 is upgraded and in europe it's one of a kind i guess !! with : Scsi harddrive 1GB, 4mb Ram, midi sound w/ Roland mt32 !!! (the musics gain much more power/precision !!) , mouse, plus later : overclocking... ___ ___________ found big big things for future gameroom aspect considering it's in france, shameless country to get recycled arcade... it's pretty uncommon here... (and didnt pay more than 100/250/80 € for these, but there's some repairs to do ) and last but not least, my favorite baby for a gameroom !!! size does matter and look will be good when refurbished in Pepsi style
out of curiosity, what are the items in http://devil4u1.free.fr/room/room63.jpg ? I see playstation controller plugs, but am feeling confused here... assuming they're from something else, next to the image...
hi, almost forgot... years ago "created" some of the first amateurs "MGCD" for jamma/consoles : megadrive, pcengine, ps1, very small supergun, ... "created" too some of the first custom arcade sticks...
last one .. until next ^^ jvs +jamma + 31k +15k +24k +some specific connectors rgb/link, THE answer to Sega when astrocity came... thanks Konami for this cab architecture !
Damn, lots of arcade stuff. Although you should invest in a better camera! This collection deserves radiance of the greatest picture quality!
fact is some pictures are "old"... years ago, (when so few people had apn or videocameras...) another addition.. well two. first is common, an empty 3rd naomi second is... awesomeness... ultra rare in europe. a laserdisc burner  that was some walktrip in paris to get this... and even dont know if it will work, legend is on going ray:
i would love to hear some stories (and..issues) about these RLV? writers. ! have to try search the internet, searched in the past, but didnt find many comments :/
the stuff was on wishlist (and didnt cost much), i dont mix budgets, so each month i take care of my incomes to save money for my goal in some wasteland area .. let's hope it can come in 3-4years. living in Paris is a sacrifice for me...only way i got for a reliable income...
Konami Windy cabinet on the left and Sega Naomi on the right. Looks like a Virtua Tennis cabinet. You should revive them mate, especially the Windy. Oh, just went down a bit and spotted the other image, so it works? Nice Windy!!!
Shit, you have a couple of Astro CPs, any chance you might sell a spare 2p panel or even a 1p if you have one kicking around?
the windy2 is ok. just some coat on screen to polish. yes many of things i got need some WIP (work in progress) in few years when i can come back "home". i focus buying on the rarest things i'm not sure to see again. (damn, i missed a good looking pinball this morning...) when i have little time i try check and fix some things. like yesterday during short vacations, i began fixing the Silentscope, some psu was lacking, i switched 12v/5v/GND to an ATX psu, (some problems further are on my mind for sure as i could test, like calibration or the 2,5" Rgb lcd) but first good news, it's not suicided, it starts  i try keep the most the spares i would need in future, if you're in UK, there's no problem to find some spare panel on "Arcadeotaku" forum" i guess ?! in france there are many spare panels on various arcade forums (arcade-system, gamoover, neo-arcadia), even "starcab" sells some plates too -> http://www.starcab.net/index.php?cPath=219_217
I'm a member of Arcade Otaku and seem to have missed the last few Astro panels. In the end I had to use a 2p 12b Naomi panel instead, which fits, but the reproduction artwork is as close to the original as possible, but the button positions on the Naomi CP is different thus it doesn't look as good. I keep looking for them and thought that if you perhaps had a spare ;-)
naomi panels in 2b12 are rare there ! it's curious ^^ starcab as indicated, has choices and is fair for an empty plate, 41€ (but i cant figure shipping to UK) if you put some english/french translator, there are some who appear on these sites, or you can put your request too or search for : "panel" . the term is same for you & us. http://arcade-system.actifforum.com/ventes-et-echanges-arcade-uniquement-f8/ http://www.neo-arcadia.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=9&sid=28d0501f00814837686fb3714eeed0f6
Thankfully Naomi 2p 12b panels are not rare as we have Sega Shed http://triplemoonstar.brinkster.net/segashed/default.asp It's genuine, original Astro panels that are hard to obtain, but thanks for the links, I shall take a closer look! Parris
ok it's fun we talked about this, because recently it appeared some Naomi plates here ! (20-30€). well ... saved 2 more for peanuts (390€) but with some problems, i'm in critic size now . that will make 5 TATE japanese candycabs for future
