the picture of hoard.. __ over 10-13years.. that was not impossible. as said before, loads of things came from charity shops (and i'm proud of it, to prove people that they can succeed, collection at some times didn't need much funds, just luck & place,.. and i even woke up a bit late i figure !!!). ~i missed about 20 pinballs, many toys, many time in other things.. as everyone else, we wake up some day or too late or never. as i struggle actually for old toys boxed or building repro boxes with loose toys. the first thing i should have thought about !! prices are so insane & stupid nowadays in this hobby i'm not in "the last gamer" bullshit lies of incomes & funding. his need of money is heavy to maintain such things. he probably lies about it, nobody can succeed at his rank, without special incomes,time, place : that means dreams or special mind : lottery, heritage, stock exchange. and with a family & children to support too ?! damn that's just i.n.s.a.n.e with a normal paycheck & 10hours day work waste. ___ some fun with 1€ stuff.. & a gift, one of last repros batch posters , 50x75cm , 80x60cm 3 cults : -japanese Akira poster ( the real ones go to ~300 $ ! ). -the awakening of Akira. nobody talked or got a big poster repro of it in entire earth. this picture is so intense. -Cobra Kai, sweep the leg, etcc, .. Karate kid ! __ 10years it existed.. only now paid it, __ 3rd good mook of "Untold stories of japanese game developpers". Panini Dragonball latest . took 8 libraries before getting it ! sold out almost everywhere !

with the things i attempt (arcades, pinballs, toys, bars, boardgames) ain't easy without unlimited funds.. but with some compromises i can relax on this sector of toys. some work to do, but can succeed
searched a while for intel & owners.. seems only 5 people outside japan are lucky to have a Fujitsu fm77av. mine was junk & cord 110v cut.. finally with so small hints.. could get it working with duplicated disks from emulator .D77, with "DITT" msdos tool, & a xrgb2+ , couldnt get anything from a scaler gbs8220, & synchro problems before finding hints about RGB21 cables pinouts.. _ __ i didnt find another picture of it in vast internet.. seemed common at a time. nintendo64 goodies IMF game backpack. __ rearrange mode...for cabinets i bought , 12 years back ! in 2006.. still stuck.. my Theatre of magic & Congo pinballs, idem.. date back to 2006 , still stuck..
memories don't fade.. another highend old laptop. runs Strike commander msdos fullscreen/fullspeed all options/soundblaster compatible. it continues.. roadtripped back ~50 machines.
would have been waste of renting. the stuff was stuck. took times to move. and took loads ot time to "boxxle" and reorganize the current place to compact. what it took is big WILL & help from my father and 7 days !! :/

the essence of private arcade is to be sure the most of coin slots work ! nothing beats the real deal ! _ it was time after few fails. we got Vewlix junk. i have spare parts & motivation to complete a second.. perhaps a 3rd one (taylorism..). the Vewlix have the good lookouts to fulfill a spot WITH Naomi sitdown/New net city. NOT with Astrocity/Egret2. their looks have more curved forms, that doesnt fit well with more modern cabinets. it's some Ikebana i will apply & stay logic for ambiances & designs ! __ some paraphernalia, white trash stuff & RPG issues.
nearly ended the starwars vintage stuff boxed i seeked (means i have about ~20 different sets & ships !). (there are larger playsets but prices are so lame..). contented for the colours schemes of the different i had... and it's not my only goal in collect..so compromises.. good readings i guess for Cthulhu Delta green, finally got the Cthulhu Live mook. reunited some older ones for the picture. "The rules of engagement" had such an insane finale with Stephen Alzis, kinda "Akira" pychotic ESP ambiance !
the unknown scaler is good after some resets. incredible sweet things. got it for 2€... ___ one more.., SSI , goldbox series. __ Galoob animal swamper, long memories fade when supermarkets made some special stone/wood platform and we could play IR buggys & fighting. __ memorylane, "my" book of memories gaming & wish. so scarce have become such old books.. movements, becoming adults, loads have burned or vanished.
the vintage goes on.. old tapes space hulk (my 5th box..) sunfade but nearly complete (lacks the 5 point commandment) recent mooks on handheld.. they let small pics of 80's mooks.. they are unknown outside japan, never seen in collections, they go to 50-250$ there !! the lowcost of VR.. ps4 pro + helmet VR still deceived about many games with lack of easy moves in psmove :/ favorite top5 : resident evil, doom vfr, battlezone, eagle, rush dawn attending to perhaps win a 1 billion $ megamillions tuesday, we dont what we can..
not many time; not many place. shame .. so that makes a Vewlix on the cheap for ~800$ = xbox360 + 2 mr.arcade xbox360 interfaces + hdmi 32" tv. need to finish the surrounds.. but not easy, the worst version of Vewlix.. 8 metallic parts surrounding the screen and can't get how to remount them easily..
all these details, vintage ones... remind me it's PITA to get good magazines for ambiances. punk, rock, videogames, weird ones tend to get atrocious prices in our country due to some Craiglist & Ebay. so if i find some forgotten jewel in charity shop, that's some $$ saved for other things... 7$ , fine display with compromises.. else i couldnt get it, the employee who runs this area is a collectionnist and gets all the good stuff for his ass Metal hurlant, fun advert for 80's posters . i love the style of postnuke : Endgame. got a polish version..
