i never quit but time is time & i lack some.. loads of wip & customs 3 candycabs.. really homemade from scratch... nintendo JI21 Lifeboat, really rare, about ~8 in the world alive.. 2nd pc9821 w/some midi guts.. sharp mz-700, an old computer with some incredible games (Sideroll-B, zeplis, etcc) i like old games workshop stuff, and nearly have all Judge dredd oldies boardgames/rpg (except figures..) a random packed i opened, 10years ago i could find this in charity shops in 2mn (except the Martian dreams i forgot there it seems).. irrealistic hunt nowadays.. Druuna, many italians know what i mean about 2-3 known in the world... real pleasure of visual for a future lifesize 1:1 of Snake Plissken cheap but uncommon posters because they dont exist really..(shame),
Oh man that's one amazing collection especially that Mac-10. I can't even begin to think of how much all that games workshop stuff alone is putting you back.
thanks for the question.. it's a weird thing i try thinking solve or not... very rare to see peoples collecting wh40k vintage stuff in BOXES.. the memphis area of games workshop is nearly the only place in the world to have thought of a shrine ! a massive one ! incredible as the memory fades away and other gamesworkshop places didnt rise something about this ! the Emperor would be ashamed . but times runs out for some stuff too. can't approach the necromunda & blood bowl teams boxes their prices are just insane.. http://exfidevivo.blogspot.fr/2014/02/games-workshops-world-of-battle-look.html .. i really hope succeeding this ambience (among others). the shame is i lost about SIX years, my job is full of problems, stress & long distance living .. i couldnt be sure where i would land !! but i need the cashflow (and the paycheck is kind of a shame but damn hard here to have a real job which pays) .. and now only, i can think really about finding a haven !! i'm not "the last gamer from australia" cash is nasty & important nowadays (and i'm proud of having built my collections from nearly nothing, loads are coming from charity shops & bargains).. he could be the only one with means & place to succeed really.. but does he have real feels about this ? ...
Yeah it's pretty uncommon to see old w40k models in box although I do know someone who has a spare room where about half of a wall is all old w40k models from the early 90's and on and about half of those are still sealed.
i dont know if he wish expose pictures but i would be very interested to see the ambience he did succeed and talk about it, if you can have a touch of this with him so he can send me pictures by private message?
I should actually be going over to his place later today I think if I get a chance I'll try and get a picture or two. Also it's not like he's really trying to collect them or sell them he actually plans to open and build them all and put them in his armies so he can play he's just been super busy with work and raising kids for the past 20+ years.
