I got the game last night from UK marketplace. Now my xbox is playing up. I installed the latest update when I got on, not used it for weeks. now it just freezes before I can get half way through the game. So its either the game, the update or my xbox.
@8bitplus: Could be your HDD acting up on you. Try to delete the game + some other random junk that's wasting space on your HDD, then redownload the game (or just redownload it to a USB stick, now that the 360 supports storage media like that too) and try to run it again. I've had a few odd hiccups like that with DLC stuff, usually when my HDD has been filled to the limit. First deleting it along with some other old junk, to then re-downloading/re-installing things has always taken care of this for me.
It's the Sega curse! My xbox died exactly a year ago, playing outrun arcade just a few days after release. Luckly it was on warranty.
Thats right, my extended warranty from the last repair will have expired by now! It was all working fine untill I installed that latest update. Its not a machine that gets a lot of use, its not like I sit up all night playing COD4 or anything. So far this year the only new game I got was Bayonetta. They dont make consoles like they used to, or anything for that matter. I am typing this on my Amiga 1200 right now, things like that go on for ever on the right hands.
Good thing you don't have the shirt i'm wearing now. If you did you might die!! :gravedigging: (it's a shirt from the 360 JPN launch. It has 360 on the front and sega on the back.)
got the PSN version. I got ALL but two trophies on my third run of the game, in one single sitting. What gives.. very nice game though
Start going through the Score Attack. There's some crazy things in there to achieve. This game is fun as hell... though I keep changing the music back to the AF2 music.
Oh yes, the original After Burner II music is by far the best choice. Even now 20 years or so after it was made the original soundtrack still kiss arse! Yakumo
Got the game this morning, man it's a blast to play. Very hectic and fast without any framedrops and being able to select the afterburner II music makes it even better.
Its fast paced and I really like it. Its good fun for a quick blast every now and again. Totally worth the purchase
I m glad this is one of my few PS3 games that supports my own music during play, it's easier to draw in "real" people
Got this for my birthday...well bought with points I got for my birthday...it is amazing On a side note...also got Virtual On...that is awesome too (didn't have a copy for Dreamcast)...and Happy Tree Friends: False Alarm (not played this much yet)...
