I am STILL Hooked on Chao Raising. I figured out the best way to raise a nuteral chao is to just beat the crap out of a chao with hero and dark characters. TAILS THE PSYCOPATH whipping Chao around with his tail and Eggman keeping his Pimp hand strong.
It's even worse if you pop it in now. I played it around when it was first released and I thought it was okay. Nothing special, but maybe I'm too lenient. Tried it recently and I was pretty confused as to why I didn't shut it off immediately before.
