Yes, Ibara port is a bit dissapointing compared with Espgaluda and Daioujou ones. I bought it because it's the only way that I had to play it, and the pack that I bought came with the OST, the manga and the figures XD. I'm going to check if Daioujou looks like you say when played on PS3. Edit:
No clue what extras they're doing outside of a graphically enhanced version. Though wouldn't you want to check out the DDP DOJ port anyways, since its actually DDP DOJ Black Label? (the original is being included as well, hell, maybe even Death Label).
I'm finding Devil May Cry 4 to be a bit on the easy side. Fun but easy. the 1 and 3 (skipped 2 though I have it) I died frequently.
Looks interlaced unless your camera is just bad (or has a bad shutter setting). I could be wrong about it supported 240p though. Is that in TATE mode? Can you take a picture in YOKO as well? You don't have to flip the TV, of course. I should dig some more. But as before, I own the 40gb model, so it's a moot point for me. Pretty much as a curiosity only. I own a full Black Label kit. It is an awesome game, and is what opened me up to liking straight chaining. I really am no diehard DDP fan. Once I figured out how to chain all of stage 1 playing this, I was hooked. Have you seen the Super Play? It's unreal. The guy just rapes the game.
It's Tate/Tate. I don't have here the good camera, so I can't take better photos . I'm going to check it with Yoko Edit: I`ve made some photos, and they look the same. I've also found that the lowest resolution that PS3 can output is 640x480; PS2, 256x224, so you were right  . Some time ago I was considering buying one of these http://www.setup-japan.com/sub/setup-moniter14inch.htm But they're too small :-( Godofhardcore, yes Devil may Cry 4 is very easy, compared with the previous ones. PD: Superplays of shoot'em ups are all insane. Last year at HEY!, I saw a guy double playing Dodonpachi ray:
Too small and way too expensive. I bought one off of an auction that's trisynch, 28", etc. etc. for like 25,000 yen. It fucking rocks. Where are you located? Getting one shipped abroad is likely impossible. You could always gut one from a cab and make it if you're handy with wood.
Spain, and I know that shipping a CRT from Japan is very expensive, I tried to buy a Sony HD CRT. I can afford the shipping, but the thing that I most fear is the travel; most post agencies handle parcels like angry orcs. It seems that, until I have a bigger house to place a candy cab, I'll have to play on my CRT.
You can't ship a CRT through AIR to Spain. Check Japan-Games auctions, only by Sea I'm afraid. I was going to get a SF-1 TV but having to pay 100$ of shipping, by sea withouth any kind of tracking, heh I'm not doing it. Do what you want, but if it arrived made pieces I wouldn't get surprised.
Japan Post limits the size (accumulated 2 meters [I think] ) but also the weight (30kg max) which is going to knock any arcade sized (even 25") out of the running. Other carriers have either similar limits, or want way too much money. I think a 28" CRT through FEDEX would run $600-$800 on shipping alone. You're in Europe. Just get a CRT w/ RGB Scart input and make some cables.
I Have the CRT with RGB, now I need the supergun, but I don't know what to do. I've read at shmups forums that Sigma doesn't make more PSX/PS2 to AV7000 adapters, and I wanted to use my HRAP because I don't like the 9000TB. The other option is to buy a Sigma Raijin or a Blast City, but they are BIG, and my girlfriend will kick my ass XD
The sigma converter isn't to use your HRAP on the AV7000, it's to use your 9000TB on the PS2. There's a guy at shoryuken that makes converters, and is apparently making one for the AV7000, so you can use your HRAP. Get an AV7000 -- they're awesome!
Thanks!, I'll look for him. Now I need to find Dogyuun, Fixeight and Out Zone PCBs complete XD PD: Maybe we can continue with this in the arcade forum, before a moderator gets angry with the offtopic XD
