I don't mean to be rude but that's going to sound awful and probably not do much good to your records. You'd be better off buying a cheap audiotechnica player. Their cheap decks are actually quite nice for the price.

I think you are right, I might see if I can get this repaired and then sell it on.
The CD and radio work fine BTW, only out of the one speaker though ;)

Nice turntable! I bet that wasn't too cheap. In Japan they cost about 170 USD. Is that the original Technics cartridge you have on there? My Technics SL-1300 is older but cost even more if in mint condition. It doesn't use quartz for the speed tracking so technically it isn't as accurate but in all honesty it's impossible to tell the speed fluctuation (if there are any) as I gave everything a proper cleaning with electronic component cleaner.

It cost me about $200 here. The cartridge I'm using is the at95e by Audio Technica.

ahh, the at95e is a really nice cartridge, especially for the price. I've though about getting one for my table once the Sony XL50 I'm using wares out.

Just picked this up today. It is Commissions II by Oneohtrix Point Never. Really crazy reworks of 2 songs from DoDonPachi and a re orchestration of The Magnetic Rose by Koji Morimoto

Master of puppets was a dud, and I can't return it because the entire print run was riddled with skips Maybe I'll buy a frame for it and use it as decoration or something. SO I guess where Metallica is concerned like Iron Maiden, ONLY buy originals.

FINALLY got this it's been one of my Holy grails as it was one of my favorite albums in High School.[IMG]

Shipped from the official Pet Shop Boys store in the UK to Japan.
To celebrate their highly-anticipated, sold-out residency at London’s Royal Opera House this July, Pet Shop Boys have announced a special 12” vinyl release of their single ‘Inner Sanctum’.
The release features a remix by legendary Detroit techno DJ and producer Carl Craig, as well as two demo versions of the PSB single, which are exclusive to this vinyl release.
