VERY nice. I plan on picking up the Original Trilogy soundtracks soonish myself. I have something semi rare coming next week I spent a defective record refund on. I'll post when I get it.

Oasmu Kitajima's Masterless Samurai, A 1981 Jazz Fusion album that combines the sound of Bob James with Japanese Instruments.
Think what the arranged Samurai Spirits soundtracks sound like and you have a good idea.

This is one of two albums I have that I think were an influence on SNK's Musicians, I haven't taken a picture of is but over the summer A family friend gave me a chunk of his Vinyl collection One of them
was a Ronnie Laws Pressure Sensitive. As soon as I put it on my turntable I thought I was listening to a lost King of Fighters Soundtrack.

So if You're a fan of SNK music, I suggest this album and Ronnie Laws Pressure Sensitive.

One interesting thing about this album I noticed was that it was making a HUGE deal out of the fact it was mastered digitally and that it's digital mastering makes it an
Audiophile Pressing. With Vinyl snobs in 2015 that shit wouldn't fly. The album does sound amazing on my set up which goes to show it doesn't matter how it was mastered
a good pressing on good/decent equipment sounds great regardless of the source.

If I could find that Heina, and that Sancho that she's found.
Well, I'd pop a cap in Sancho and I'd slap her down.

Probably considered "gay" by many but to be honest there are some really good songs on this. Super Max 20 is a series produced by A&M / King Records Japan. For a record from 1973 (it's older than me!) it's in fantastic condition.

The actual record in in an antistatic plastic cover that slides in to the envelope inside the hardback cover.

The record is as new! Hard to think it's 42 years old.

PBS here in the states produced a really good documentary on the Carpenters. I have no idea how you can view it over in Japan but seek it out it's worth a view.

I liked their version of Rainbow Connection... she hated it for some reason and it was left off the album, finally released almost 20 years later. Sorry Kermit, I think I prefer Karen's performance!

I need more metal in my Vinyl Collection. But it's going to have to take a back seat for now, as I'm concentrating on hip hop.

Once upon a time I had thousands of Vinyls, mainly 50-80s Rock, Country and Pop. Some I gave away to my wife's dad and the others are in storage. Digital music has ruined me.

Picked up this lovely Chris Rea track today - Josephine -Special Maxi Version German Import.

It's got a great B side track too, Every time It Rains

It's one of those odd records though that sounds as distorted as hell and I know it's not my tracking force or tone-arm weight as other records play fine. Add a 100 yen coin to the tone-arm though and it's amazing. No crackles, no surface noise, no nothing. This is a divine sounding record, if you like Chris Rea.

I may have mentioned in the past that I watch the repeats of the 80's Top of the Pops. Recently this has been on - Smokey Robinson, Be with you.

I've seen jean michel jarre live once at Wembley stadium and once at Wembley arena in the 1990s.
