I hate hearing about stuff like this. I just don't get it. There are so many legitimate ways to make a profit and earn a living - why on Earth anyone would want to act like such a Muppet and upset/anger/inconvenience so many honest collectors is beyond me.

My sympathies to all those involved - hope you get it sorted.

What a sad story. I hope you get your money/stuff back soon. I wouldn't give him any more time and go to the police asap. Perhaps he's trying to buy some more time to get rid of the consoles.

Adrian Przybyla also tried to cheat me! Grrrr...
Thanks to Nicola I cancelled the trade at the very last moment :)

Now he tries to sell his Doctor V64 at ebay without power supply!
In his item description he blames that the power supply can easily
be bought at any electronic shop. What a lie!
    http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260078607454

BTW, does anyone still have his bank account?
It´s just because I have to refund his money (500 Euro) before he
accuses ME to be the swindler...

Obviously I can´t really say if he tried to cheat me.
Now Adrian has offered local pick up and cash money.

Doesn´t sound too bad? So let´s wait and see...

I don't want to get involved more in this, but I think you can trust him.
From what I've understood, he does also right transactions in his country.

And he owns a pretty good collection too.

This is usually because eBay sucks big time, I don't think it's fair that you as a buyer almost always have to leave positive feedback before the seller gives it to you, and all this while you have done your part already!!! if you paid for the item then that's it your a good buyer and you should get positive feedback immidiatly, but somehow it doesnt work like that.. and what happens? you didnt receive your let say $15 item and you as a buyer fear for your clean 100% positive feedback listing will be messed up as when you give the seller a negative, there is a big chance you get one back even if you don't deserve it.. eBay should make it mandatory for sellers to give an automatic feedback when the money has arrived or something like this.. otherwise you will see many positives that were actually ment to be negatives but people dont want the husstle.. especially if its not that expensive...

As for this scammer, I hope you guys get your justice! I really hate these kinds of people...
