LingJr has an immense collection and sells rare items on ebay often.
I don't think he's a cheater but of course he must give you your money back (at least)!

He should give you your money back. Also, I see that he only ships to Hong Kong but all the other auctions I've seen from him, he ships world wide. Another thing, he might have been given a higher offer for that hardware and is skimping you. He's a greymarket trader, always be careful.

At this point he has my money, he will not ship item and to top it off had ebay give me an unpaid item strike. At least I have the pay pal transaction id I sent them so I would expect it removed. I also filed a fraud claim with pay pal. Sorry after being ripped off in the past I do not take any chances the faster you react the better chance you have at getting your money back

What ever the reason if I do not get my money back I will make more trouble for him than he can ever imagine.

I remember selling something to Lingjr and it took forever for him to pay for the auction...and it was like a 20$usd auction.

    Speak with Hi-Ricky....they are friends.

He is also selling that PSP pcb on Yahoo Japan:

Thank you for the advice. I hope he does a quick refund. I would place a bet Sony would not like to hear he is selling their psp development boards. believe it or not I can be patient but in this situation here you took my money than said you will not ship it. What a friggin joke.

He tried to close the unpaid item dispute saying he does not ship to us his web page says otherwise. Now trying second round with ebay. What a joke...

I think HKD 390 ($50) may have been a bit cheap for him so maybe the price was supposed to be $390 USD. Usually whilst lingjr has some very nice items, he usually doesn't have affordable prices - my guess is he listed the auction in the wrong currency so it ended up with him not getting what he wanted for it, thus is trying to somehow back out of the deal in whatever way he can, but of course that is just speculation - I'm sure Hi Ricky could shed some better light on the situation though as they speak often :)

He had another one listed with GBC which equated to 55 USD but it was not buy it now. So if he made a mistake it was more than once so I do not believe it was an accident. Either way I should not have been given an item strike when I read the auction S&H fees to us are in it and I paid for it within minutes of it ending.

I have emailed him and have not had a response. on my item dispute he argued that he does ship out of honk kong. what a lie. I am waiting till tomorrow for a refund if I do not get it back by tomorrow I plan on calling some friends in the industry and getting a hold of people at sony. I am sure he will really appreciate that, especially with their fines for violating NDA contracts.

  14. Which brings us to the first rule of eBay - never buy rare or spendy stuff from a guy whose english you can't understand half the time. You'll find yourself legally bound into sexual slavery to a fat Samoan while the seller is entitled to all of your retirement savings just because his horrid English led you to believe you were buying a rare comic book.

  15. Keep us informed 22skido. I have been eyeing his PSX development kit for awhile (don't know if it sold, but it's gone from ebay).

EDIT: Seems like eBay took away your negative feedback???

Only the n64 the other one still as not shown up. Untill this I just thought with all the new patriot act rules it was longer through customs but now I am wondering on it.

  18. You better act fast and make sure he sent these or if he won't send them to the US.
