Btw, I am also looking for Clockwork Knight Bomberman. If anyone wants to share it with me ;)

All I heard is that it was canned, but this obviously suggests otherwise.

Unfortunatly I don't have it yet, but ill say that the person who has it is a member of these boards, and their just having problems with a few small things (finding their screw set to open the cart). But they already have EPROM dumper, so the biggest hurdel is already gone with that. So its all up to them and when they get arround to it.

Yep, I just got back a few hours ago (I havn't posted much though sense im getting something very nice ready for you guys which ill be making a thread for soon). Also, I used to make music videos for Saturn games, so I have most everything related to Sat cpk and avi viewing/conversion. It looks like (from later posts) you got a conversion tool for cpk files from Karsten, but if you find your in need of any other types, I have a load of different saturn video tools lying arround.

You and me both, I want to play that more then any other vb game thats been released or unreleased. Hmmm...I had some magazines with a bunch of info and screens for that game, I wonder what ever happened to them...

Yes (that Clockwork Knight Bomberman look-a-like) was made public by a member of these boards. However, I asked some time if hed be willing to make it available via the ftp, and while as he said yes, it never happened for whatever reason. Maybe Ill contact him again about it.

    and on that note:

If you'd still be willing to, could you send me the link as well? pm or email, whichever works best for you.

And thus the person I had been talking to about the game being dumped has revealed himself.

Sorry I've just been busy and haven't had time to fiddle with opening the cart. Hopefully I'll have time to take a look at it this weekend. I think someone mentioned you can take a pen cap to it, I'll try and open it that way. I just hope the chips aren't soldered in...

BTW I wouldn't say no to trading the prototype off. Although I love prototypes for all systems, my main area of interest is Atari prototypes (2600, 5200, 8-bit, 7800, etc.). However it would have to be for something equally as interesting for me to consider parting with it or possibly for a large amount of Sega CD/Genesis carts (sort of an instant collection type deal). Of course I'm picky on cart/cd condition and completeness, so I'm sure most people won't bother taking me up on that offer (800 Sega CD warez for your proto! :p ).

Well the pen cap idea didn't work (too big). I have no idea how to open this thing. Where can I buy a security screw bit for a Genesis cart?

Do I need the 38 or 45? The one I have is for NES games and it seems too small. The case is a Sega 32X case, I dont know if thats different than a regular Genesis case.

I just realized that I have a 32X game at my house (I thought they were all in storage), as well as both the 3.5mm and 4.5mm gamebit's. So I checked them out to see which one worked on the 32X cart, and it ended up being the 4.5mm (the 3.5mm was too small). Its amazing that I couldn't seem to find anyone who knew this. Its also sort of strange theat nintendo and sega use the same security screws...

Ok so it's the 4.5mm bit (I must have a 3.5mm one then). I'll try and get one of those and crack this puppy open.

Yeah I forgot about it, sorry :(
Here's a download link for your trouble:

Note that this game was kindly send to me by someone who didn't want credit(!)
    He has the original disc.

If I had more unreleased stuff I'd be happy to share. When I come across something, I'll be sure to post it here. The only thing now is a Mr nutz sequel game for the Megadrive but the programmer needed approval by Atari before he could send it to me..
