Cats are very inquisitive and some do hang around your feet I know I have nearly stepped on my mates kitten as it hangs around looking for treats. Does the lass even know she did it? I know it sucks seeing a pet injured but sadly accidents do happen. Everyone here is going on as if she meant to do it which is highly unlikely.

Cats/kittens are constantly round your feet accidents happen. I can understand if i jumped on your cat then yes you have every right to slap me. But when I stepped on my mates kitten is was running round me its didnt get hurt and he didnt feel the need to slap me.

Of course I have had accidents in my life, but I haven´t hurt any mamals in the accidents. And by the way ASSEMblers first post sounded like the woman couldn´t give a rats ass whether any animal was hurt or not.

Gleavepaul: I could say the same thing about kids, that they are always around you. But that is how it is, you fucking look down, where your cat or dog or anything else is. Since if you then by REAL accident, steps on a toe , a foot , etc. Then you know you didn´t do it on purpose, and that I can forgive. but your post made me angry. People have different views on pets/animals my folks hates cats, some just don't care. (Do you kill wasps, spiders ect?) Some only care if indeed it was them who hurt the animal. To be fair only 2 mammals know for certain what happened.
