    Is it really for sale, though? I think a reply to a question on a different item would suggest not.

    But I think Power League All Star Gold HuCard isn't the rarest PC Engine game ever released as you said, like Tetris isn't maybe the rarest game on earth, not even the rarest JPN Sega Mega Drive game.

    thats just Ebay being GAY!! its cos the seller does not do international shipping you cant email him NEW ebay rule! but there is a work around :)
