What can I say, it's beautiful - that said, that price is absurd!

This is insane, it's overpriced. It's neither a protoype nor a working product. It's just a piece of glass and indeed not the holly grail itself.

If the word "Nintendo" wasn't on it it would be full of flowers.

Imagine buying it and checking on the bottom a "Made in China 2003" print.

Even if he would include the 2 competition cards it would still be overprices !!!!!
No one will even buy this for $ 500,- for sure !!!

let me start by saying only a maniac would expect to get $9000 for it. i put that price on with a best offer option to see what interest is out there. yes without the nintendo logo it would be just another vase, just like a baseball is just a baseball unless barry bonds hit it into the stands for his 73rd home run. this item is a 100% authentic and 1 of a kind and up into a few weeks ago nobody knew it existed or had even really heard of the competition it came from.

this above link will take you to some other items i ended up getting some crazy money for. my thought on this is hey you never know unless you ask.

btw, would it be possible to ship such an item to germany? in one piece i mean...just a question ;)

it's possible to ship it anywhere. i would have to pack the hell out of it to make sure it gets there in 1 piece. between that and global express shipping the cost would be a little steep.

Don't forget the tax for import, thats another 10-20% more? ontop of cost of shipping. How big is the item, exactly? Crystal or pure glass?

i wouldnt put a high price on the customs forms. vase is i believe made of glass, is about 12" in height, and has to weigh at least 15 pounds(this thing is friggin big).

Then how do you intend to insure it? And this does belong in the ebay thread.
