Can I put this on my stock top loader? If not what needs to be done?

You can but unless you have the NESRGB board you will need another board that I sell for an extra $5 that will output Composite video to work on a stock toploader. I'm sold out of the socket though and will have stock again in 2 weeks.

Here is a video review of the board I'm referring to:

I want a screw mount and the board, do you have them? Installation instructions would be great too.

So anyone who doesn't already know, the screw mount is for the Front Loader and the Full Mount is for the toploader. What you see in the above video is the Full Mount socket with the composite AV board, this board isn't necessary on the front loader.

I'm putting mine in a custom case, I am using the nes top loader board so I still need the composite board but I'm moving the entire thing into another case so I don't really want it built into the rear panel of the top loader. Is the screw mount not compatible with the composite board? If necessary i will moddify the pabel mount one but it would be easier for me if I could get the screw mount and run it through your board.

The board is compatible with both socket styles, I didn't know it was going into a custom case so yes the screw socket and Composite board are what you need.

I was directed here from one of my friends on instagram and I have to say this is seriously one impressive piece of work. I will be getting another and a toploader of my own because of how hot this thing is.

Bad news for the future of this product. Shapeway who prints these is upping their price so not sure the price and other things that might also change. If anyone wants one it would be a good idea to snag one up. I have a batch coming in in a few days and will likely order one last batch before October 7 when prices are to change.

Edit: I just got the batch of 10 I ordered in today and expect to sell them fast, if you want one now would be a good time.

Shapeways' price restructuring is suppose to provide customers a better price. Unless a person is printing a simple dense part under the new pricing scheme, complex irregular parts printed in a batch is no longer practical unless they are pack in tight and connected to each other. However this is not always possible for some designs. Their previous pricing structure encourages designers to design a certain way. The material is not cheap so they want people to design with minimal material possible. They wanted to operate their machine at full capacity so they give people price break for batch printing. It's understandable they want to cut back on wasted space now to increase machine utilization and minimize handling cost to improve their bottom line. What's unacceptable is they are giving people only one week warning about the change over especially when some of the price increase is cause by the practice they fostered earlier.

Maybe you can find someone willing to print them cheaper. Is the powder print necessary? Anyway awesome product the picture looks great through the board.

Well it seems this will be the end of the toploader panels, the new pricing on Shapeways and other places will increase the price to where most people won't buy them so the next batch will be the last. The screw sockets will probably be sold since price wise the cost to print them will be a little off from what it cost before so they should be do able. If you want one of these full panel sockets it's now or never.

Hi, I have a frontloader and the NESRGB can I just confirm that all I need from you is the screw mount kit?
Also, do you have stock of the coloured kit at the moment? Thanks

I have some coming in next week and I will have colored sockets as well, front loaders use the screw sockets so that's all you need.

As of right now yes it sucks, but there might be light at the end of the tunnel. Like I said above the screw sockets will still be available and the full panels might be doable at an increased cost and I will ask people their thoughts on the new price once I have all data needed to base a price on. Once the price is announced then the decision is up to the buyer if it's worth still producing or not.

Ok good news for everyone, BuffaloWing and I have gone over the prices of the new change and it's not going to much in the final overall price but a slight increase in the Full Panel price is unavoidable but will be minor. The new Full Panel Price will be $33 as opposed to $30 and I will also set up different shipping pricing for International shipping since I've been taking a hit on it for a while, USA will remain the same. Sockets will also remain the same minus the shipping changes to International. Prices will change once the next batch comes in this week so once this batch sells the increase will happen.

Because of the price change many people including myself put in orders to try to get the lower price before the increase so it will take a bit longer to get the last batch.
