Take The Bullet is in the wild. I know of at least two copies in collector's hands. Neither of those people may be interested in releasing it at the moment, but things change (and change hands), so I would be surprised if that game *DOESN'T* eventually get released.

The Master System version of Gunstar Heroes that someone mentioned a couple pages back most likely does not exist. A copy was sold on eBay a few years ago, but it was most likely a hoax or scam especially since the same seller sold two other never-before-seen SMS games (Thundercats and another one I can't recall) at the same time and there's never been another sighting since.

I believe I saw it at this one flea-market/arcade hybrid called the Swap Shop last time I was their.

 

i think i played it in sega world in bournemouth (may be wrong tho)
and it was roumoured for gc

Phantasy Star Trilogy (PS2), unless they decide to package it with Phantasy Star Universe (which would be the only way in hell that I would buy that game).
