Hm... Maybe it was something they decided not to include it at first and then with the PSX's version they changed their minds. Maybe on Mega Drive didn't look/work that good. I'll check it later online to find more.
Just last week took vacation for the release of fallout 4. Xbox one. Was at midnight release and spend from 12:35am Monday till 6:00 PM Saturday going between my bed, fridge, and couch. Would like to do a proper review but that would be ineffective at this point. I played it the way the developers wanted. Straight through the story, saved the final mission (Chose the brotherhood path) till after i did some extra leveling and splorin. Did roughly 60 hours and hit level 36. Feel I could have distributed my points better but only experienced about 4 bugouts during my playthrough and didnt try to force any game breaking mechanics. The game was beautiful but felt like it retained the spirit of Fallout 3. This did leave something new to be desired, however it was perfect at the same rate. It was ment to compliment fallout 3 not revolutionize it. Despite graphical and FPS downsides this game is superb and really opens what what bethesda may be able to do with sandbox gaming on their next big development! I may still post a full review for the hell of it but I most certainly enjoyed the hell out of this game and feel that I will for a few hundred hours at least!
Absolutely loved that game. In my top 3 of the year. How did you feel about the 2 endings? Finished the PC version of The Evil Within on Survival mode. Very fun game, I'll probably be getting the DLC soon. Looking forward to Tango's/Mikami's next game.
I never bothered with seeing both. I should go back for the other ending though. I avoided The Evil Within for a year or so and I finally played it in the summer and I love it. It's spooky and it's just unexpectedly great overall.
Do it! It saves pretty close to that last decision so it shouldn't take too long. I enjoyed it a lot and wasn't disappointed in the slightest. The PC version allows for the black bar removal, larger FOV and 60fps while the PS4 version which I also own does not. It's like day and night. It's now another game I'm always tempted to replay.
I got Halo 5 as a Christmas gift and I finished it yesterday. I really liked the game even though the ending was bad.
I didn't finnish this one, I'm just finnished with it. Fear 3/F3AR. Just uninstalled it from my PC. What a POS. It's supposed to be a horror FPS yet I found myself literally laughing out loud at it's roided up over the top ridiculousness. It's fun for 15 minutes and then it's just a bloated POS. The first game was actually scary, and still is. This game was like Duke Nukem with ghosts instead of aliens.. which sounds kind of awesome and it would've been if it didn't pretend to have a deep and meaningful story.
Oh that one's easy: I haven't played it. But I shall try it out when I have some more gaming time. I got Fear 3 because I wanted a somewhat modern-looking FPS to play on my elderly PC with 256 MB vram However I'll definitely try Fear 2 sometime.
a few weeks ago I completed Dragon Quest I the Famicom translated version, what I can say this game Is Amazing
Got around to playing some games during Christmas and finished Phantasy Star II. It was a bit of a chore towards the end but overall a decent game. I enjoyed the first game a lot more though. Also played through Rockman 1 and 2 (the Japanese mega man) and had a great time with both. Never played those as a kid since I was a Sega gamer.
Megaman wily wars on the mega drive is a remake compilation of the first three nes megaman games plus megaman wily tower which is a mega drive exclusive ^^
Just beat Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. Gotta say it was a fun 6 hours, especially for the price of free (PS+). As someone who finds the Far Cry games to be generally uninteresting, both story and gameplay-wise, Blood Dragon somehow managed to hold my attention from beginning to end. It didn't take itself seriously, and the humor was as endearing as it was entertaining. The witty satirical tone of Blood Dragon gives it more in common with what you might come to expect from a great SNL sketch, rather than a poor man's Blade Runner one could imagine Ubisoft creating here at first glance. The gameplay is a conventional modern fps shooter affair, but done fairly competently nonetheless. If anything, the free-roam style of the game is a great way to soak up more of the world's 80s 'Hollywood-action-movie-hero' derived lore, and it's colorful neon scenery.
I finished Alien: Isolation for the second time recently. It was my first time playing the game in QHD, and the added resolution definitely makes a difference. It's a pretty good game, and has beautiful graphics. It does a really good job of recreating the look and feel of the Alien movies. I also finished Shenmue II for the second time recently. I forgot how much bigger this game is compared to the first game. It's an amazing game, and very ambitious for a DC game. I still need to know what happens next. I played the PAL DC version, which has Japanese speech and English subtitles.
Finished off Ghosts n Goblins (Saturn port) along with 1942 (Gameboy Colour port) most recently. I really enjoyed GnG even if I messed up my first playthrough by not grabbing the shield/cross weapon initially. Took me a few tries to adjust to the reduced range of the cross but I managed to clear the game (twice) to get the proper ending. Kind of hilarious how possibly the easiest boss in the game is the final boss! 1942 ended up being quite fun, let down by the compact GBC screen. The smaller screen meant I tended to stick at the bottom of the screen, which led to many accidental deaths from enemies that spawned at the bottom of the screen. This is an issue I didn't have with the Famicom or arcade versions. I'm glad the GBC version had passwords though, so that I didn't have to play the entire thing through in one go. Oh, and technically I finished Gun.Smoke, but I used save states in the end as that game is really, really difficult past level 5. I can't see me ever clearing the arcade version legit. Hats off to anyone who can!
Finished up Silent Hill 2 for the fourth time a few weeks ago. This was my first time playing the PC version, as the previous three times I've finished it I played the XBOX version. I had to edit the executable to get the game to run at 60fps, but it looks absolutely amazing in 1080p. I finished up Ryse: Son of Rome on 1/29/2016. Fun little game. Nothing too groundbreaking, but the visuals were rather stellar. For less than $7, it was a good pick-up. Finished it on Hard difficulty.
