Ikaruga dodonpachi Daioujou ESPGaluda GTA San Andreas Resident Evil 4 Shenmue Saga (1+2 as a whole because I played part 2 right after finishing 1) Gradius (NES-Version) Sega Rally Burnout 3 Can't think of more now although I definately forgot some.
Densha de Go! now i'm not hooked to that game yet but having played it at a friends (friends) house on DC last week i have been wanting to get that game on as many platforms as i can and i know i will be hooked to it when i do get it, Even though my japanese language skills are non-existant
SOTC - I was hooked to it, but after doing every little thing, it gets old. Oh, and playing through it about 4 times ( 2 of which are including time attacks ) would make anything get old. Metal Slug X - Such a short, awesome game. Like all the Metal Slug games. I could list them all, actually, but this is the only one I had a physical copy for (for now, anyway) Morrowind - For those that know of it, I shouldn't go on. For those that don't, lets just say that there's still a billion things to find and see in that game. Even though my character is near God like powers and nothing can kill him, there is still a large portion of the map that I STILL have not uncovered. Oh, and just messing around and making massive armies of summoned skeletons fight each other for no real reason in the Vivec Arena is fun, too. TimeSplitters 2 and FP - I'd literally stay in front of the TV for hours a day, making new maps and stuff. I'm pretty dried out now on ideas, but I did have some cool ones, imo. My favorite TS2 map, Darkforce, was a giant warehouse type map, with absolutely NO lights in the middle, with outer rooms on the edge that were lit and had turrets that aimed into the pit. The pit, however, was illuminated constantly by automatic plasma rifle gunfire. And my favorite TSFP map will be a toughie, but I did like the many CTB games I played in the map Doomitorium, which was based on an auditorium from my High School. I was *somewhat* hooked on Halo and Halo 2 in 2004-2005 but not completely addicted. Lunar: SSSC - I played it probably 12 hours a day until I beat it. I LOVED that game. I still think it was a great RPG, and a good one for semi-beginners as well. Arc the Lad 1+2 + Arc Arena - Again, I really loved these three games. If Arc Arena was online, then we'd be in business. I really liked the battle system as well. And I like the overhead camera angle better than the isometric one for strategy games. Isometric camera angles make it look like the battlefield is in space and completely weird. Makes it hard to visualise what the surrounding areas actually look like, imo. Another reason I was engrossed in the Arc the Lad universe. I could go on and on. Wild Arms Alter Code F - Though I did grind a ton in this game, I had fun with it. The nostalgic factor was through the roof as well. Also, I remember playing 21 straight hours on this one, which is a record for me. I probably could mention Disgaea, but I eventually grew a brain and used a gameshark to level one of my characters to 9999 to defeat Baal. However, I did find a neat little trick to kill Uber Prinny Baal with a level 1 scout JUST by manipulating Geo Change. I posted this trick on other forums, and it enraged all the nerds who all grinded like crazy to level 9999 and above (by transmigration) who all said I "lamed" that fight by "cheating". lol, just imagine, using in game mechanics to beat a normally almost impossible boss. Funny, huh?
Well Densha de Go, [take breath...] You have... Playstation, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, PSP, N64, Wii, Gameboy Color, Saturn, Dreamcast, Neo Geo Pocket, Wonderswan, PC, Mobile Phone, Electronic Game, TV Game and Arcade, Pachislot and Pachinko(sort of...)... oh and some machines have quite a few games (PS, PS2, PC and PSP for example... although some are exactly the same). There is even a Densha de go pedometer game too... >_< There are also many other Train games in Japan, the other big one is Train Simulator by Ongankukan (and not Microsofts one...).
SNES Super Metroid - Definately one of my favorite games ever created, I beat it at least 10 times + a year. Megaman X 1-3 - These games consumed an incredible amount of my life. No joke! Chrono Trigger - Wonderful story and a bright cast of characters. Terranigma - Never played until emulation (1. Because I didnt even know it existed. 2. It was never released in U.S.) Wonderful Game. Just great. Illusion Of Gaia - Same gameplay mechanics as Terranigma, but has a big open story of greatness. Secret Of Mana - Will always be remembered for awesome ambient music and co-op with my brother. Secret Of Evermore - Rented way back in the day, loved it. But I could never find it for sale.... :crying: Super Mario World - The first game I have ever played (as far as I can remember). I would run home from school just to get a few hours in. Playstation Chrono Cross - Awesome RPG. Had a unique system of leveling and awesome selection of colorful characters. Metal Gear Solid - :love2: Battle Arena Toshinden - Spent tons of hours fighting my brother. Destruction Derby 2 - Great gameplay and graphics for its time. Trap Gunner - Bushido Blade - Fun times killing my brother.... N64 Super Smash Bros - I remember renting this when it first came out in.... lets see, 6th or 5th grade I believe, and telling all my friends about it. Then they would always come over for a "Smash-Fest." Mystical Ninja - Spent hours finding everything. :icon_bigg Wow, I just started typing tons and tons. I could type alot more, but I should leave it at that, hehe. (P.S. SNES is the best system, Evar!)
Super Mario World - Just an all around great game. Super Mario 64 - I loved most every part of this game, I can still come home and play it and be happy. Turok 1 - After getting used to the weird controls I thought that it was a great game, cool weapons, plus the music just fit so well. Goldeneye - Still a great game for some 4 player action. Soul Calibur - Do you really have to say anything about it?? Rez - digital crack I am sure there are a bunch more but those are just the ones that come to mind.
X-Com was an excellent game indeed, though I prefer the PS1 version. It just feels more unique and deeper as a console game (in comparison to the PC/Amiga version)
Dreamcast: Rush 2049 - (Was great, before the disc got stepped on :crying Sonic Adventure - ("We" went through 3 or 4 different discs, as each one cracked/broke... :banghead GameBoy: Donkey Kong Land 2 - (Used to play it a ton while on vacation trips) Super Mario Land 2 - (Great game, till I foolishly sold it to the then "Funco-Land") N64: Diddy Kong Racing - (I still never beat this game :crying Mario Kart 64 - (Played it more than any other game on a console) Super Smash Bros - (Fond memories there :nod Star Fox 64 - (Great game, still play via emulator) Yoshi's Story - (Another dumb decision: Sold it at "Funco-Land" for $7, saw it the next day for sale at $40 OH Zelda OOT - (Great game, still play via emulator) Zelda Majora's Mask - (Great game, still play via emulator) NES: Kirby's Adventure - (I love this game :love Mario Is Missing - (I seriously don't know why the hell I continued playing this) Super Mario Bros 3 - (Great game, still play via emulator) SNES: (All of these get a thumbs up :thumbsup Donkey Kong Country Donkey Kong Country 2 Donkey Kong Country 3 Kirby's Dream Course - (More fond memories there :crying: *crying in joy*) Super Mario All-Stars Super Mario Kart - (I played this one a lot until I upgraded to Mario Kart 64) Super Mario World And last but not least, the one and only game I play these days: :rambo:COUNTER-STRIKE 1.6:rambo:
My first "serious" game addiction was Dragonstomper for the Arcadia/Starpath Supercharger and the 2600. My friends would come over and we'd play for hours after school. Next was NES Zelda, but then it seemed like everyone was addicted to that one, not just geeky guys. After that was Doom. Played it so much that I'd dream about running down corridors all night long. GoldenEye 007 reignighted my interest in gaming. That Rumble Pak "shake" was too much! Lately, it was Resident Evil 4, another one that hooked me like they used to. A great game like that can take you back to that old, heart-pounding feeling of anticipation that made you fall in love with gaming long ago.

I definitely feel the Yoshi Story love. I loved that game... and beat it like 20 times. I remeber my bro and sis and I would complete for high scores on levels and try and get all melons...
Sonic 1, 2, 3K Final Fantasy 3, 7, 8, 10 and 12 Gran Turismo 3 and 4 Metal Gear Solid 1, 2 and 3 Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow Elite Beat Agents Tetris Puzzle Bobble Sonic Adventure Halo 1 and 2 Doom Devil May Cry Warcraft 3 ...And I think that's it
When I was doing shit in the army/navy a couple of years back, my best friend during boring desk job days was the PDA in my belt, which had way too much battery power. It pleased me a lot to see that a Russian company made a PDA port of X-Com (very good and faithful) and that OpenTTD (Transport Tycoon Deluxe) was available for PocketPC. Some of the best portable gaming I've ever had, WITH a touch interface! (I actually also got myself an old Fujitsu B-series laptop with a touchscreen, for the sole purpose of playing OpenTTD on it too) Link to Pocket UFO (Freeware)
SNES Super Mario World (simply the best game ever); Lemmings; Turtles in Time Megadrive Sonic series, especially Sonic 2; Lost Vikings Dreamcast Shenmue; Street Fighter Alpha 3; King of Fighters Dream Match '99; Soul Calibur; Frame Gride PC Thief: The Dark Project; Ghost Recon; Ecstatica; Mortal Kombat II; Unreal; Raven Shield
 I play Source, but I am getting sick of the AWP whores and headshot stuff. I read that the target boxing on CSS is a lot bigger and there are fewer of them in the target system (thus making it far easier to head shot and exploit choke points), so I was considering moving to 1.6 instead (I don't care about the lower graphics). I used to play the HL CS way back when, how bad is the cheating these days?
Impossible Mission (C64) Flashback (SNES) Parasite Eve (PS) Silent Hill (PS) Halo 2 Live (still play weekly) Auto Duel (Apple IIc) Goldeneye (N64) Pitfall II (Intellivision) Need for Speed (3DO) Cyberball (Arcade) Street Fighter II (Arcade) Soul Calibur (DC)
The first would be Chuckie Egg on the BBC Micro at 4 or 5 years old. Another early platformer that grabbed me was Crystal Caves, which I still play through every now and then. Later Doom, followed by Quake, which I still play regularly (I've been playing it daily recently). Diablo/2 both took up huge amounts of my life on release, and pretty much everything from Blizzard has taken a chunk here or there (no WoW, though, I don't trust myself). As far as consoles go, at various points: 2D Sonic and 2D/3D Mario Tetris Metal Slug/X Super Puzzle Fighter Chrono Trigger THPS2 Ikaruga Umihara Kawase/Shun Castlevania:SotN. These games consistently draw me in, every time I play them.
