Yes, they are. I also have a PS2 Test and a Xbox Debug but I don't have any more space to put them along the others consoles. Here's a pic of my dev consoles:
Sadly it's just my living room. If I could afford it if make a replica of the recognizer bridge from TRON as a playroom.
It really is. I now that there is at least another person here in Brazil that has a NR Reader but I don't know of anyone that have the others. Maybe some magazines have some dev consoles for previews, again I know that one magazine has a NR Reader but I don't know if they have other consoles. I have to thank one of the members here for helping me get all these consoles.
Heres my recent setup. Have the PVM for the older consoles, and a ASUS for my modern stuff. I will be moving in about 2 months. Going to be a blast packing, and dusting everything .......
That's some good space management right there munchiaz! Can't imagine the headache of packing all that up...
60" Panasonic ST50 plasma, PS4, white PS3 slim (important from HK), Xbox One day one edition, HTPC Halo 4 RGH, Halo Reach RGH. Not pictured: gaming PC in my room and Star Wars edition RGH
emerson LED flat screen TV (made in thailand ), with ps3 (slim), ps2 (slim), Xbox original, and GameCube, Under my GameCube is drawers filled with mainly GameCube and ps1 games but I keep ps2, ps3, and Xbox games on the shelf
The Logitech Xbox Controller you have... how well does it work and how well designed is it? I seen it on Ebay for $15 new and might pick it up. I am getting back into my Xbox and want to have a wireless controller.
Dude, with that placement of the TV, one good kick from the bed will send it flying to the floor! Take care on that~
My little game collection (sorry for bad quality, it was taken by my 3DS): My TV and consoles are in a temporary place, that's why there's no photo of them :/
Trash heaps and garbage filled gamer rooms is an unusual stereotype. Many gamers have well decorated and orderly rooms from what I've seen.
Updated my area a little whilst procrastinating from study... This is my little Nintendo corner. Ended up picking up the TV cabinet free from work, so that houses a bunch of consoles all hooked up and ready to play and all my PS1 and PS2 stuff. Whole bunch of boxed consoles aren't shown but they're around somewhere. I am pretty keen to find a closing down Civic Video or Blockbuster and seeing if they're shelving is for sale. Would be an easier way to store games. Games behind games unfortunately so the depth in every shelf is filled completely. Not enough space. And in another room, I gotta find a better way to stack the games... but here's an overall photo of the SMS & SMD games...
Wow after looking at some of these setups here, almost embarrassed. This is my temporary setup. We have a 6x9 shed that I will be enclosing a 6x3 section and insulating etc to make a "man cave" (from the man shed lol!). These are just my retro consoles, I have a PS3 slim and XBOX360 out in the lounge to a Sony XBR40 lcd. Would like to redo the cable management, but is ok for now. The model 1 Mega drive setup is for my son when he is old enough.
You got a pretty neat setup there mate! I still need shelving for mine at the moment, can't display anything
Cheers, I am thinking off adding more shelves like I have done for the dreamcast games. That shelf was pinched from where the Genesis 2/SCD2/32X combo. Also thinking of selling a few consoles as well.
