I know this is 3 pages back, but I'm still laughing about this pic. Goddamit PS1collector get your room together! What was this pic suppose to show us anyway? that you like domino's pizza? hahahaha

 

I prefer the colour of those boxes to the red & blue ones in the UK. As for that room - nuke it!

 

Arrangement has changed somewhat, but I know have a place to actually store all of my games.
(PROTIP: Game arrangement has thus changed slightly, the N64 games sit on their sides and the Odyssey 2 games sit in two stacks.)

 

Hahaha, I guess I better not post pictures of my place as is right now.
This being said, its not as bad as my dad's place.
And ask my dad to find any item X and he will find it under a single minute of rummaging through mounds of "collectibles".
So I guess this says something about the perceived value it tidiness.

here's one out of my current gaming corner i've been setting up
it's not really all too complete yet but it'll do.

only SNES and PS2 are hooked up atm, later comes in atleast NES and the black&white modded ps1 for some parasite eve awesomeness :3
both machines are hooked up via RGB scart, the ps2 connected to the amp via optical, and there's a complete overkill 5.1 audio setup (the corner is like 4 square meters in size so you cant hear your own thoughts when you play there )

the ps1 will also be hooked up via RGB / optical for audio once the optical output circuitry for ps1 gets done

(the 2 360's and 6 ps3's are a decoration, i dont play that kinda stuff nowadays)

 

While I enjoy huge rooms with tons of games and systems it gives me a really good felling seeing such small and close to the tv set ups. I like it

 

it's my own little hideout.
I go there , crank the volume to the max and just ignore everything else and enjoy my little free time.

I really like the packed feeling of that corner, it's free from outside interference so to say

 

Now there is a style I can relate too

Some nice setups here, sadly dont have much to show anymore as Ive sold almost everything besides some essentials I dont want to part with. Might stick a measily pic up in the next day or so to illustrate.

Would you believe me if I told you that even here the tectoy games are getting very expensive? The brazilian exclusives cost more than US$100 in some cases and they are hard to come by.

 

If by cleaning you mean slightly rearranging things, then yes.

Nintendo wii
250gb xbox 360 slim rgh
512mb xbox 360 arcade (jasper) with 20gb hdd
nes im watching for my girlfriend (she has no were to hook it up and wants to play it from time to time)
shitty pc


the rgh slim is running a really old version of fsd so that i can have the bladed dash and is hooked to the Samsung gaming monitor, the wii is hacked and hooked to the Samsung gaming monitor, the 360 arcade is hooked to the wall mart tv i plan on installing Dev kit firmware on this box and putting a bigger hard drive on it, nes is hooked to the wall mart shit tv, pc is hooked to the dell monitor.

all the stuff i put in my setup is well maintained and looks great imo...although when i took apart this jasper it seemed like it was water damaged, not from me and it works fine but a mysterious white powder was around a bunch of the solder joints.
